1. A PUNISHMENT FOR WRONGFUL CONFINEMENT Case FIR No. 155/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 29-09-13 U/S 342,323 IPC on Nakal Rapat of Police Post Junga PS Dhalli where Smt Staya Devi W/O Sh. Teja Singh R/o Vill Moh, PO & Sub Tehsil Junga, Distt Shimla submitted an application, alleging therein that her Son Akashy participate in the tournament of under 14 years student at Govt. Senior, Sec. School Duttnagar, Distt Shimla that when her son reached at Home. He told that on 25-09-13 Peon of Govt. Senior Secondary School Junga named Jitender Singh bolt the door and beat him with another student namely Chandan. Both the student medically examined by MO CH Junga through I/C PP Junga. The Case is being investigated by HC Janak Raj I/O PS Rampur, Distt. Shimla.
2. AN ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE IN ATTEMPT TO COMMIT THEFT OF PROPERTY CARRIED BY PERSON case FIR No. 190/13 is registered at Police Station West on 28-09-13 U/S 356 IPC on the statement of Smt. Santosh Kumari W/o Sh. Harish Kumar R/o Kamla Bhawan Dhanda, Teh & Distt. Shimla A/P working in Garg Buteek Totu, alleging therein that when she was going to home a boy snatched her Manglasutra near Yadghar on the way NH 88 and run away. The Case is being investigated by HC Sushil Kumar I/O PS West, Distt. Shimla.
3. During last 24 hours 201 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 04 persons were challaned under COTPA & 01 challaned under Police Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 30,700/-.
