1. An OBSTRUCTION IN PUBLIC WAY case FIR No.158/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli Shimla on 22-09-13 U/S 283 IPC on the report of HC Ramesh Chand PS Dhalli Shimla that during patrolling near Mashobra by-furcation he found that one Gumti of Green tax (MC Shimla) lay down on the road side, which obstructs the National Highway-22.
2. An OBSTRUCTION IN PUBLIC WAY case FIR No. 159/13 is registered at Police station Dhalli Shimla on 22-09-13 U/S 283 IPC on the report of HC Rameshwar Singh PS Dhalli Shimla that during patrolling near Dawat Hotel one vehicle M/Car No. HP-03C-1179 parked near Parkesh Tyre Shop, which obstructs Tyre Shop and National Highway.
3. During last 24 hours 125 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 20 challaned under COPTA and 04 under Police Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challans under MV Act, COPTA and Police Act is Rs. 22,800/-.
