CRIME REPORT 23 SEPTEMBER

1.    A CRIMINAL TRESPASS case FIR No. 41/13 is registered at Police Station Kotkhai on 22-09-13 U/S 147, 452, 504, 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish S/o Sh. Devi Dass R/o Vill Alawong, PO Devgarh, Teh Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that he is a Police person posted at Police Lines Kaithu as HHC during w.e.f. 14-09-13 to 19-09-13, on 19-09-13 at 8:00 PM when he was at his home persons namely Parkash Chand S/o Sh. Balak Ram, Ram Lal S/o Late Sh. Naryan Dutt, Sunder and Mohinder both S/o Sh. Parkash Chand and Vikas @ Vickey S/o Ram Lal all R/o Vill Alawong, PO Devgarh came to his home, abusing him and also threatened with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Roshan Lal I/o PS Kotkhai, Disttt Shimla.

2.    An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 42/13 is registered at Police Station Nerwa on 22-09-13 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the complaint of Sh. Satpal S/o Nain Singh R/o VPO Balikoti, Teh Shilai, Distt Sirmaur, alleging therein that on 23-09-13 at 8:00 AM when he was in one HRTC Bus to Rewal Pul near Nerwa Bazar above bus met with accident, due to which one person named Jeet Singh died on the spot. Case is being investigated by HC Sant Ram I/o PS Nerwa.

3.    During last 24 hours 245 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 02 challaned under COPTA. Total amount of compounding fee of challans under MV Act and COPTA is Rs. 29,200/-.
