1. A MURDER case FIR No. 165/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli on 27-09-13 U/S 302 IPC on the statement of Duni Chand S/O Sh Dhan Bahadur C/o Chaukidar Sukh Ram Vill Bagludhar, PO Kufri, Teh & Distt Shimla, alleging therein that he was informed by Subhash Kaushal that his mama Dhani Ram is dead . On this information when he reached Purani Koti and saw in the 2nd floor of under constructed building of Paravjeet Kaur he found his Mama died. He has doubt that one person named Sunil Kumar R/o Jhakrkhand killed his Mama. Case is being investigated by INSP/SHO Maden lal PS Dhalli.
2. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 59/13 is registered at Police Station Chirgaon on 28-09-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the report of ASI Dharam Singh PS Chirgaon that one vehicle Pickup No. HP-10A-4529 hit cleaner Mr. Sandeep Kumar at Sandasu, due to which he sustained injuries. Above accident occurred due to rash & Negligent driving by driver Ankul Kumar S/o Sh. Bhopinder Singh R/o VPO Khashdhar, Teh Chirgaon, Distt Shimla. Case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Paal I/o PS Chirghaon.
3. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 49/13 is registered 28-09-13 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the complaint of Sunil Thakur S/o Late Sh. Narain Singh Thakur R/o Vill Lajonth, Teh Chopal, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 28-09-13 when he along with four other person namely Ajay, Rakesh, Pramod and Sandeep Chauhan went towards Vill Jarait from Chopal by vehicle Maruti car No. HP-03T-4260, above vehicle met with accident due to rash driving of Pramod Chandel. In the above accident one person named Sandeep Chauhan died on the spot and Sunil Thakur, Pramod Chandel and Rakesh sustained injures. Case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh I/o PS Chopal.
4. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 42/13 is registered at Police Station Koikhai on 27-09-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Balbir Singh S/o Sh. Joginder Singh R/o Vill Shwala, PO Mahasu, Teh Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that today at 12:45 PM one vehicle Maruti car No. HP-63-4618 met with accident near Kokunala due to rash and negligent driving by driver Devraj R/o Vill Palana, PO Kiar, Teh Theog and fell down 250/300 ft. from the road. In this accident driver sustained injury. Case is being investigated by HC Roshan Lal I/o PS Kotkhai.
5. A CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST case FIR No. 43/13 is registered at Police Station Kotkhai on 27-09-13 U/S 407 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Anurag Chauhan S/o Sh. Jagdish Chauhan R/o Vill Kundli, PO Chalnair, Teh Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 08-09-13 he has loaded 682 apple boxes from Kotkhai to Aloor, Vijaywada, Andhara Pradesh in vehicle Truck/Trola No. UP-82Q-9957but above Truck not reached at destination yet. He has doubt that driver Yoginder Singh has dishonestly sold these apples boxes somewhere else. Case is being investigated by HC Roshan Lal I/o PS Kotkhai.
6. During last 24 hours 266 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 11 persons were challaned under COTPA & 02 challaned under Mining Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 47,860/-.
