Crime Report on Dec. 05,2017

1.    AN ND&PS: case FIR No. 204/17 Dt. 04.12.17 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Rampur has been registered on the rukka of HC Gareeb Dass No. 159, I/O PS Rampur Shimla alleging therein that on 04.12.2017 at about 07-30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Virender Kumar S/o Sh. Lal Veer Pun R/o Village & PO Uvah Tehsil & Distt. Rolpa, Anchal Rapti Nepal A/P C/o Sh. Sher Singh Mehta R/o Village Nehra PO Bahali Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, age 22 years intercepted by them near Rajpura Bridge and recovered 105 gram Charas from his possession. Accused has been arrested by the police & the case is being investigated by HC Garib Dass  I/O PS Rampur.

2.    AN ND&PS: case FIR No. 213/17 Dt. 05.12.17 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Shimla Sadar has been registered on the rukka of HC Laiq Ram I/O PS Shimla Sadar alleging therein that on 04.12.2017, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Cart Road, Lower Bazar, Downdale, Old Bus Stand Shimla. At about 11-45 PM, when they reached near Rajdoot Hotel, one person namely Akshay Verma S/o Sh. Sewa Nand Verma R/o Village Seri PO Sawamahu, Tehsil & PS Karsog, Distt. Mandi, age 22 years intercepted by them and during search 60 Tablets of Nitrosun-10 (Restricted Medicine) recovered from his possession. Accused has been arrested by the Police and the case is being investigated by HC Laiq Ram I/O PS Shimla Sadar.

3.    AN EXCISE:  case FIR No. 149/17  has been registered at PS Rohru today on 05-12-2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Vishesh Kumar I/C PP City Rohru alleging therein that today during patrolling alongwith staff he intercepted one lady namely  Smt. Uma W/O Shri. Rattan Bhadur R/o Vill. Bhalubag Tehsil Gorai Distt. Dhang Nepal A/P Bhag Chand Building Samala Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla  and recovered 02 and ½ bottles of country liquor Marka Himachal Orange. The case is being investigated by ASI Vishesh Kumar I/C PP City Rohru.

4.    AN ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY: case FIR No. 100/17 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 05-12-2017 u/s 353,332,506 IPC on the  complaint of  Sh.  Ankesh  S/O Sh Layak Ram R/0 Village Darbhad PO Edda Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimal at  Present  conductor  in HRTC Bus  No HP06A- 6336 alleging therein that on 04-12-2017 he was on duty  route from Rampur to Uchhe. At about   04-15 PM when bus reached near Funja one vehicle No. HP06A-9105 was unloading the materials by parking his vehicle on road. When the driver of Vehicle Hium Singh asked the pass from driver of Vehicle No. HP06A-9105 he started abusing and also beaten the driver of Govt. Bus. Above person obstructed the Govt. servant to discharge his Govt. duty. The case is being investigated by ASI Bir Singh I.O PS Jhakri.

5.    During last 24 hours 253 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 112 fine realized  Rs. 35,000/- and 25 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,500/-.

1.    Accused Virender Kumar S/o Sh. Lal Veer Pun R/o Village & PO Uvah Tehsil & Distt. Rolpa, Anchal Rapti Nepal A/P C/o Sh. Sher Singh Mehta R/o Village Nehra PO Bahali Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, age 22 years arrested in case FIR No. 204/17 Dt. 04.12.17 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Rampur is remanded in Police custody upto 07-12-2017.

2.    Accused Akshay Verma S/o Sh. Sewa Nand Verma R/o Village Seri PO Sawamahu, Tehsil & PS Karsog, Distt. Mandi, age 22 years arrested in case FIR No. 213/17 Dt. 05.12.17 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Shimla Sadar is being produce in the Ld. court.

3.    Accused Nitesh Thakur S/O Krishan Dutt R/O Village Phayal P.O. Dhari Teh. and Distt. Shimla H.P. Age 28 Years arrested in case FIR No239/17 Dated 30.11.2017 U/S 341,323,307,34 IPC   at PS West Shimla is remanded in Police  custody upto 06.12.2017, by the Ld. Court.

4.    Accused Kuldeep Sharma @ Anku S/o Sh. Bali Ram R/o Vill Kot PO. Kaina Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla age 27 years arrested in case FIR No. 145/17 dated 28-11-2017 u/s 363,366,376,506 IPC at PS Rohru  is remanded in Judicial Custody  by the Ld. Court.

5.    Accused Joginder Singh S/o Lt Sh. Him Singh R/O Village Rattanpur  PO Kartot  Tehsil Rampur  Distt Shimla age 29 Years  arrested in case FIR No 99/17  dated 01-12-2017 U/S 341,354,323 IPC at  PS Jhakri has been released on bail by the Ld. Court.

6.    Accused Nirdosh Thakur S/O Krishan Dutt R/O Village Phayal P.O. Dhari Teh. and Distt. Shimla H.P. Age 26 Years arrested in case FIR No239/17 Dated 30.11.2017 U/S 341,323,307,34 IPC  at P.S. West Shimla  is remanded in Police  custody upto 06.12.2017 by the Ld. Court.
