Crime Report on Dec 03,2017

1.    AN ND&PS: case FIR No. 178/17 Dt. 02.12.17 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Dhalli has been registered on the rukka of ASI Subhash Shastri, I/C PP Sanjauli, Shimla alleging therein that on 02.12.2017 at about 08-40 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff towards Nav Bahar, one person namely Kalu Baba S/o Sh. Leela Ram R/o Village & PO Pipali, Tehsil Behrod, Distt. Albar Rajasthan, age 55 years A/P residing at Shamshanghat  near Chambaghat, Distt. Solan, HP intercepted by them near the stairs leading towards SPM School and recovered 18 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Subhash Shastri, I/C PP Sanjauli Shimla.

2.    AN ND&PS: case FIR No. 131/17 Dt. 02.12.17 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act PS New Shimla has been registered on the rukka of ASI Jagjit Singh, I/O  PS New Shimla alleging therein that on 02.12.2017, during traffic checking duty alongwith staff near Tara Mata Temple BCS Shimla, one Alto K-10 Car No. HP01A-5894 stopped by them for checking. During checking he recovered 12 Tablets of Nitrosun-10 (restricted medicines) from the possession of driver Ramesh Kumar  S/o Sh. Amar Chand R/o Village Ghalog (Kamaksha) PO & Tehsil Karsog, Mandi age 23 years A/P House No. 77, BCS New Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Jagjit Singh, I/O PS New Shimla.  

3.    During last 24 hours 243 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 103 fine realized  Rs. 39,700/- and 24 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,600/-.

 

INQUEST REPORT

Deceased Bhimi Ram S/o Late Sh. Kewal Ram R/O Village Dharala  PO Ganvi age about 50 years suicide himself by hanging near his home. The autopsy of deceased has been carried out at PHC Jeori and the body has been handed over to his family members. The proceeding u/s 174 crpc is being carried out

FOLLOW-UP

1.    Accused Kalu Baba S/o Sh. Leela Ram R/o Village & PO Pipali, Tehsil Behrod, Distt. Albar Rajasthan, age 55 years A/P residing at Shamshanghat  near Chambaghat, Distt. Solan has been arrested in case FIR No. 178/17 Dt. 02.12.17 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli and is being produced in the Ld. Court.

2.    Accused Ramesh Kumar  S/o Sh. Amar Chand R/o Village Ghalog (Kamaksha) PO & Tehsil Karsog, Mandi age 23 years A/P House No. 77, BCS New Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 131/17 Dt. 02.12.17 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act at  PS New Shimla  is remanded in Police  custody upto 04.12.2017, by the Ld. Court.

3.    Accused Nitesh Thakur S/O Krishan Dutt R/O Village Phayal P.O. Dhari Teh. and Distt. Shimla H.P. Age 28 Years arrested in case FIR No239/17 Dated 30.11.2017 U/S 341,323,307,34 IPC  P.S. at PS West Shimla is remanded in Police  custody upto 04.12.2017, by the Ld. Court.

4.    Accused Kuldeep Sharma @ Anku S/o Sh. Bali Ram R/o Vill Kot PO. Kaina Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla age 27 years arrested in case FIR No. 145/17 dated 28-11-2017 u/s 363,366,376,506 IPC is remanded in Police Custody   upto 05.12.2017, by the Ld. Court.
