1. A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 08/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 01.02.2017 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Ashish No 58 I/O PS Rohru, Shimla alleging therein that on 01.02.2017, during patrolling alongwith staff one person namely Pankaj S/o Sh. Shishu Pal R/O Village Malwari PO Seema Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP age 21 years, intercepted by them & recovered 111.40 gm Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Ashish No. 58, I/O PS Rohru.
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 17/17 has been registered at PS Sadar on 01.02.2017 U/S 39(i) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Jai Nand, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla alleging therein that on 01.02.2017, during patrolling alongwith staff one person namely Harvinder @ Saif S/o Lt. Sh. Om Prakash R/o Dhara near Cow Shed, Krishna Nagar, Shimla, age 41 years, intercepted by them near Cart Road, Shimla and recovered 12 Bottles of Country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Jai Nand, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.
3. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 03/17 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 01.02.2017 U/S 39(i) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Sandeep, SHO PS Kupvi, alleging therein that during patrolling alongwith staff at Cheend Kainchi, he recovered 17 Bottles of Country liquor from the possession of Devi Ram S/o Sh. Jeet Singh R/o Village Chind, PO Malat, Tehsil Kupvi, Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Sandeep, SHO PS Kupvi.
4. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 05/17 has been registered at PS Sunni on 01.02.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Prem Lal, I/C PP Jalog, Sunni alleging therein that on 01.02.2017, during investigation of inquest report at Gadheri, at about 11-30 AM, one person namely Mukesh Kumar S/o Sh. Dharam Prakash R/o Village & PO Gadheri, Tehsil Sunni, Shimla intercepted by them and recovered 24 Bottles of English liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Prem Lal, I/C PP Jalog, Sunni.
5. A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 26/17 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 02.02.2017 U/S 451,323 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/o Sh. Yog Raj R/o Village Shelly, PO Bhali, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that on 01.02.2017 at about 08-30 PM, one person namely Devinder Kumar S/o Sh. Tara Chand R/o Village Shelly criminally trespassed in her corridor and beaten her brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal, I/O PP Taklech, PS Rampur.
6. During last 24 hours 347 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 145 & fine realized Rs. 57,300/- and 169 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 17,800/-.
INQUEST REPORT:
1. On 01.02.2017, Deceased Bhuvneshvar S/o Sh. Mohan Lal R/o Village Ghunda, PO Gadheri, Tehsil Sunni, District Shimla, age 48 years, who was working as Water Carrier at GSSS Banura, in the jurisdiction of PS Sunni, has been died due to fell down from hill. After autopsy at CH Sunni, dead body handed over to his relatives for cremation.

1. Accused Krishan @ Shiva S/o Sh. Govind R/o Madrasi Colony, Ram Nagar, Karnal, Haryana, age 26 years, arrested in case FIR No. 10/17 Dt. 29.01.2017 U/S 20,21-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sadar, further remanded in police custody upto 03.02.2017 by the Ld. Court.
2. Accused i) Shabbir Ahmad Khan S/o Sh. Gulzar Ahmad Khan R/o Naropura, PO & Tehsil Kukarnag, Distt. Anantnag, J&K, age 22 years A/P Baba Building Krishna Nagar, Shimla ii) Karam Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Surender Singh R/o Shimlasu, PO Dhanakpur, Paurigharwal, Uttra Khand, age 22 years A/P P-51 Building, Room No. 13, Nabha House, Shimla & iii) Himanshu S/o Sh. Raj Kumar R/o House No. 12, Kachcha Makaan, near Lal Kothi, Phagli, Shimla, age 20 years, arrested today in case FIR No. 08/17 Dt. 25.01.2017 U/S 323,342,392,427,34 IPC at PS Dhalli. Today accused Karam Singh remanded in judicial custody whereas Accused Shabbir Ahmad Khan & Himanshu released on bail by the Trial Court.
3. Accused Lakhan S/o Sh. Nirmal Kumar R/o House No. 3, near Veterinary Hospital, Cart Road Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 11/17 Dt. 31.01.2017 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli, today released on bail by the Ld. court.
4. Accused Sunil Kumar @ Sunny S/o Sh. Duni Chand R/o Village Chasi, PO Jassal, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi, age 21 years, arrested in Case FIR No. 12/17 Dt. 01.02.2017 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli, is on police remand upto 03.02.2017.
5. Accused Pankaj S/o Sh. Shishu Pal R/O Village Malwari PO Seema Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP age 21 years, arrested in case FIR No. 08/17 Dt. 01.02.2017 u/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Rohru, is remanded in Police custody upto 03.02.2017 by the Trial Court.
