1. A ND&PS Act Case FIR No. 47/14 Dt. 19.04.14 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act PS East has been registered vide DD No. 37 at 04:55 PM on the rukka of HC Tenzing Cherring No. 67 I/O PS East Shimla alleging therein that on 19.04.2014, he along with staff on patrolling & traffic checking duty at Ram Chandra Chowk near Raj Bhawan Shimla. At about 03:30 PM one Maruti Car No. HP-09C-2148 came towards Nav Bahar intercepted by them. During search 15 bottles of restricted medicine "Rexcof" 100 ml each recovered from the possession of Driver Vikas Chauhan S/o Sh. Ramesh Chauhan R/o Village- Pandali, Tehsil- Kotkhai, District- Shimla. Above accused has been arrested.
2 Theft Case FIR No 29/14 Dated 19-04-2014 U/S 379 IPC PS Kumarsain has been registered on the application of Sh Hari Bhagt s/o Jog dhyan R/O VPO Pangi Tehsil Kalpa Distt Kinnnaur he stated that in the intervening night 15/16 & 17/18 some un known culprits stolen away his 30 goats and sheep's from Bithal . The value of stolen Sheep's and goats is Rs. 60,000/- case is being investigated by HC Govind No 955 I/O sainj PS Kumarsainn .
3 An Accident Case FIR No 30/14 dated 19-4-2014 U/S 227,337 IPC P S Kumarsain has been Registered on the Rukka of ASI Dev Raj I/O PS Kumarsain he alleged that one vehicle No HP03D-0023 mat with an accident near hattu temple in this accident two persons sustains injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of above Vehicle. Case is being investigating by ASI Dev Raj .
4 During last 24 hours 115 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. And two Challaned under smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.17600/-
