Crime Report 29,April 2014

  1. An Excise Case FIR No. 65/14 is registered at PS West today i.e. on 29.04.2014 U/S 39 H.P. Excise Act on the  Rukka of ASP(P) Shalini Agnihotri, IPS, alleging therein that today at around 08-00 AM when she along with PS staff were on patrolling near Chamrog Sankat Mochan bifurcation. A Maruti Omni Van No. HP-62-1140 came from Tara Devi towards Chamrog. They stopped the above omni van driven by Virender Kumar S/O Sh. Rajender Kumar R/O Vill. Damechi P.O. Beulia Tehsil & Distt. Shimla. During checking 35 bottles of country liquor recovered in side the above Van. The case is being investigating by IPS ASP(P) Shalini  Agnihotri.

     

  2. An Assault or criminal force & Voluntarily causing hurt to public servant Case FIR No 67/14 is registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on 29.4.14 U/S 353,332,504 IPC on the statement of Sh. Harish Chand S/O Sh. Sadhu Ram R/O Village Manol PO Saryanj Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan A/P Driver of HRTC Depot Solan at Shimla alleging therein that today he  was going from Dhalli to Chandigarh via Bypass Malyana,when he reached at Bus Stop Shanan he stopped his bus to pick the passengers . One person tried to load one welding set, cutting machine with tool kit in this bus. He refused to loading these articles inside the bus and suggested him to put these articles on the roof of bus. Said person suddenly attacked him and also abused him. The name of that person is Balvinder Singh S/O Sh. Harbhajan Singh R/O Engine Ghar Sanjauli. The case is being investigating by PSI Vivek Gautam I/O P.S.Dhalli.

     

  3. An Accident Case FIR NO 45/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 28-04-14 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Tek Chand S/O Sh. Ram Dass, Vill Theda PO Taklech Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 28-04-2014 at about 5.30PM he was going to Bahali in vehicle No HP-06A-4754 (Spark). When they reached near Baltidhar, Driver Suresh Kumar lost control on the vehicle and rolled down from the road. In this accident he along with driver injured. The case is being investigating by HC Hans Raj  I/O PP Taklech

     

     

  4. During last 24 hours 146 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act.      06 challaned under Mining Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 26,200/-
