A Trespass Case FIR No.17/14 is registered at PS Chopal on18-04-2014 U/S 447,427 IPC on the statement of Sh. Laiq Ram S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O Village & PO Dewat, Tehsil Chopal,Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he has an apple garden at Dewat in Khasra No.176. On dated 15.04.2014 Sh. Kewal Ram S/O Sh Heera Singh R/O VPO Dewat entered in his land, uprooted his about 25 apples plants & threw the fencing wire. The case is being investigated by HC Gian Singh I/O P.S.Chopal.
A Trespass Case FIR No. 22/14 is registered at PS Jhakhri on 18.04.14 U/S 451, 341, 323, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh.Bhagwan Dass S/o Sh Mani Ram R/o VPO Majhawali Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla (HP) age 30 yrs at present tailor shop Jhakri Bazaar, alleging therein that on 18/04/2014 at 8:30 PM three persons namely Mastan Negi at present electronic shop Jhakri Bazaar, Vinod & Rajesh VPO Jhakhri came in to his shop, broken his shop counter and Mastan Negi slapped on his mouth. After some time when he was going to report at police station, Mastan Negi, Vinod & Rajesh again obstruct his way and Mastan Negi again beaten him. He got injuries in his nose & mouth. The case is being investigated by HC Noop Ram I/O PS Jhakhri.
