An Assault or criminal force & Voluntarily causing hurt to public servant Case FIR No. 21/14 is regd. at PS Chopal today i.e. on 30.4.2014 U/S 353,332,506 IPC on the application of Baby W/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Village Jodna, Tehsil & PS Chopal Distt. Shimla, A/P Water Carrier GPS Jodna alleging therein that on 29.4.2014 at about 12.00 PM, when she was in GPS Jodna on duty, then one person namely Pradeep Kumar S/O Gopal Singh R/O Jodna, who was already in the school, obstructed her, abused and beaten her during performing her duty. Case is being investigated by ASI Ram Gopal I/O PS Chopal (.)
An Accident case Case FIR No.66/14 is registered at PS west on 29.04.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sushil Thakur S/O Sh. Hira Lal R/O Jagun P.O. Kohar Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan alleging therein that on 29.04.2014 he along with his friends Yashpal, both were travelling in the Santro Car No. HP-63-5220 of Sh. Sunil Thakur and going to Darla Ghat, at about 12-45 PM when they reached near Ghana Hatti a Car bearing No. HP-28-3946 came rashly from the wrong side and hit his vehicle. In this accident all the passengers sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath I/C P.P. Dhami.

A Cheating Case FIR No.67/14 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 29-04-14 U/S 170,419,420 IPC the complaint of Sh. Kala Ram S/O Late Sh. Sant Ram R/O Vill. Sayahola P.O. BrahmPukhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on dated 19.04.2014 when he was present at Krishna Dhaba Kothipura a person namely Sunil Alias Deva was also present in the same Dhaba. He introduced himself to the complainant as a CBI Officer and told to the complainant that he needs ¾ boys for the election duty and if complainant wants his son to be recruited, then he has to pay 50000/- Rs. The Complainant gave him 25000/- Rs. On 24.01.2014 he along with his sons came to Shimla and at A.G.Chowk he gave Rs. 25000/- Rs to the accused Sunil @ Deva. The case is being investigated SHO Gopal Singh Verma.
A Theft case FIR No.25/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 29-04-14 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Rohit Kaushal S/O Sh Nilam Kaushal R/O Sight Engineering Dhamwari Sundha Project alleging therein that on 28-04-14 some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle Bolero Jeep No. HP-10A-1845 from Sundasu. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Chirgaon.

An Accident case FIR No.68/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 29-04-14 U/S 279,337 IPC on the application of Sh Devinder Puri S/O Sh. Kewal Puri R/O Puri Cottage Sanjauli alleging therein that on 28-04-14 when his father Sh Kewal Krishan Puri waiting for taxi towards IGMC near Sanjauli Chowk then one vehicle No. HP-52A-7415 hit his father on both legs and they sustained injury. The case is being investigated by HC Vinay Kumar I/O PP Sanjauli.
