Crime Report on Oct. 20, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No 105/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 19.10.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Kulwant Singh, SHO PS Jhakri  alleging therein that on 19.10.2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Ganvi. On the secret information, he searched the Dhara of  Anand Singh S/o Sh. Ram Singh R/o  Village Ninvi PO Ganvi, Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla & recovered 24 bottles of country liquor.  The Case is being investigating by self SI Kulwant Singh,SHO PS Jhakri.

2. An Excise Act case FIR NO 47/15 has been registered at PS Nerwa today on 20.03.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Narender Singh, SHO PS Nerwa alleging therein that he along with staff was on patrolling duty. When he reached at Dawada Pul, on the secret information he searched the Dhaba of  Jagat Ram S/o Sh. Beli Ram R/O Village Manu PO Gayah, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor marka Sirmour Orange from his possession. The case is being investigated by self SI/SHO Narender Singh P.S Nerwa  Shimla.

3. An Accident case FIR NO 262/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Tikkam Thakur S/o Sh. Lal singh R/o Village Dagech, PO Junga, Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 19.10.2015, he was going going to Suetha alongwith Jiya Lal in his Pick-Up. At about 05-35 PM, when he reached near Suetha, he saw that one Pick-Up No. HP-13-1339 met with an accident on the link road from Ashwani Pul to Chakhara & rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Sukh Dev. In this accident driver Sukh Dev & Maya Devi sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Virender, I/O PP Junga.

4. An Accident case FIR No 55/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 19.10.2015 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of  Sh. Sahil Chauhan  S/o  Lt.  Sh  Devi Singh  R/o Village & PO  Mandal Tehsil  Jubbal, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he was  going to  home  with  his friends  in the vehicle No.  HP-52A-5052 (Centro  Car).  When they reached  near  Ganti Khad, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Rajesh Rawat  and  rolled down into  the  river from road.   In this accident one  person namely Ravinder Ravi  died on the spot  and another three persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by  HC  Gopal  Singh  I/O PP  S/Nagar, PS Jubbal.   

5. An Accident case FIR No. 57/15 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 20.10.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rishabh S/o Sh. Sunder Singh R/o Village Balabag PO Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla alleging therein that  on 20.10.2015 he was coming back to Sunni from Tattapani alongwith Kushal Sharma S/o Sh. Deep Ram R/o Village Shakra Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi and Kailash S/O Ghanshyam R/o Village & PO Gadheri Tehsil Sunni Distt. Shimla in vehicle No.   HP-03D-1810. At about 12-30AM, when they reached at Bajiyuri Nalah, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Kushal Sharma & rolled down 70/80 feet from the road into Satluj river. In this accident he & Kushal sustained injuries, whereas no information about the condition of Kailash.   The  case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Sunni.

6. An Accident case FIR No. 107/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla today on 20.10.2015 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Ms. Meena D/o Sh. Shobha Ram R/o Village Bakhukhola, PO Devkhuri Dada, Odda No. 2, Anchal Rapati, Nepal A/P Harihar Building, Kanlog Shimla stated therein that today she alongwith her elder sister Seema was going to School at Shivpuri. At about 09-30 AM, when they are crossing the road, at the same time one Motorcycle No. HP-31A-5594, ridden by Vikas, came rashly from ISBT side and hit her, caused sustained injuries on her right leg.

7. A Grievous injury case FIR No 182/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 19.10.2015 U/S  325 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ashok S/o Sh. Kamla Nand R/o Village Dalog, PO Narain, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 07.10.2015, his brother namely Karam Singh beaten him brutally. On this he was medically examined at MG MSC Khaneri. On 19.10.2015,  Medical Officer has given grievous injury to him on his final opinion.  The case is being investigating by I/C PP Taklech

8. A Cheating Case FIR NO. 14/15 has been registered at PS 1^st Women Police Station at BCS, New Shimla on 19.10.2015 U/S 420 IPC on the rukka of ASI Het Ram I/O FW PS BCS New Shimla alleging therein that he alongwith staff was on patrolling/traffic checking near Tara Mata Truck Union BCS Shimla. During checking one Scorpio  No. HP-35-3202 driven by Mr. Rajinder Singh S/o Sh. Budhi Singh R/o Village Mihana, PO Chanair Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla intercepted by him by using the fraud number plate. The case is being investigated by  ASI Het Ram I/O FW PS BCS New Shimla.

9. A Trespass case FIR No. 51/15 has been registered at PS Chopal today on 20.10.2015 U/S 447 427 34 IPC on the application of Sh. Chetan Verma S/o Lt. Sh. K.R. Verma alleging therein that one person namely Kewal Ram Bhagta S/o Sh. Hari Singh alongwith his family members was constructing  the building near his house and damaged the safely tank & two pillars of his building.  The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Gopal, I/O PS Chopal.

Crime Report on 19,2015

1. An Excise case FIR No 104/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 18.10.2015  U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bhoop Singh I/O PP Jeori  alleging therein  that on 18.10.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty  at Fancha link road along with staff. At  about 10:45 PM, A/F vehicle came from Ganvi to Fancha intercepted by them & recovered 36 bottles of country liquor from possession of person namely Shyam Sunder S/o Madan Gopal R/o VPO Fancha Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla. The  Case is being investigated ASI Bhoop Singh I/C PP Jeori .

2.          An Accident case FIR No 260/15 has been registered at PS West  on 14.10.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Anil Kumar S/o Sh. Sharif R/o Village Sihardi P/o Dharampur Distt Solan alleging therein that he was going to Solan from Shimla along with his relatives. They were waiting for their vehicle at Shoghi, at the same time a vehicle No PB-02-BY-3200 came rashly from Shimla side & hit his uncle & aunty, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigating by HC Ravinder Kumar I/O PS West.

3.           A House Trespass case FIR No 181/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 18.10.2015 U/S 451,323,504 IPC on the application of Sh. Anita Devi W/o Sh Surinder Kumar R/o Village Katardhar P/o Sholi  Tehsil Rampur  Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 17.10.2015, she was sleeping in her house. At about 10.00 PM one persons namely Nikki Ram S/o Sh Munni lal R/o Village Kuthardhar P/o Sholi Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla entered in her house in drunken condition, abused her and threatened with dire consequences.  The case is being investigated by HC Devinder Nath I/O PP Nankhri.

Crime Report on Oct. 18, 2015

1.  A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 361/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 18.10.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Tavender Singh, I/O PS Dhalli stated therein that on the intervening night of 17/18.10.2015, he alongwith staff on Nakabandi duty on NH-22 near IPH office at Mashobra Bifurcation. At about 03-30 AM, one person namely Suresh Kumar S/o Sh. Dilami Ram R/o Village Jheena, PO Chambi, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla intercepted by them. During search, 3.100 Kg, charas recovered from his possession.  The case is being investigated by SI Tavender Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.

2.  An Accident case FIR No. 53/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 17.10.2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Atu Sharma S/o Sh. Pawan Kumar Sharma  R/o Haripur Guler  PO Guler Tehsil Dehra PS Haripur  HP alleging therein that on 17.10.2015 he alongwith Rishu, Raman, Anil & Durga Nepali were going to Mandol from Sheelghat to load the apple boxes in vehicle No. HP-64-4213, driven by Rajinder Singh. When they reached at Gahir Electric Transformer, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Rajinder Singh and rolled down from the road, caused one person namely Durga Nepali died on the spot and another 05 persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Rajkumar, I/O PS Jubbal. 

3.  During last 24 hours 301 vehicles challaned under MV Act, 01 person challaned under Smoking Act & 02 challan under Mining Act. Total challaned compounded= 131 & fine realized Rs. 51,500/-.

Crime Report on 17,2015

1. An Excise case FIR NO 75/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 16.10.2015 U/S 39 HP Ex. Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagirath, I/O PS Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that on 16.10.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty. At about 5.45 PM, one person namely Santosh Kumar S/O Lt. Sh. Sartumal  R/o Village & PO Kaloti, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt. Shimla, intercepted by them. During search, 36 bottles of Country liquor recovered from his possession. The case is being investigating by ASI Bhagirath, I/O PS Chirgaon.
2. An Accident case FIR No. 259/15 has been registered at PS West on 16.10.2015 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Amar Singh R/o Village Luharan, PO Rauri, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 16.10.2015, he alongwith his mother Smt. Shanti Devi & Father Sh. Amar Singh were going to home from Totu in his vehicle No. HP-52A-5930. When he parked his vehicle near Yaadgar, Totu, at the same time one vehicle No. HP-24A-3185 (Ritz) driven by Sh. Aneesh Gupta S/o Sh. Sudhir Gupta R/o Bilaspur, came rashly  & hit his vehicle, caused sustained injuries to his mother & father. The case is being investigated by SI Praveen, I/C PP Jutogh.
3. An Accident case FIR No 180/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 17.10.2015 US 279,337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Ramesh I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that on 16.10.2015, a car No HP-06A-1901, met with an accident near Shingla & rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Jaman Dev S/O Sh Sabir Dass R/o Village Shaneri Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by ASI Ramesh Chand, I/O PS Rampur.
4. An Accident case FIR No. 174/15 has been registered at PS Theog today on 17.10.2015 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Lok Raj Sharma S/o Lt. Sh. Moti Lal Sharma R/o Village Jharag, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla stated therein that today he was coming to Shimla from Rohru in HRTC Bus No. HP-10A-7190 driven by Suresh Kumar S/o Sh. Tulsi Ram R/o Village Muthan, PO Kuthera, Hamirpur on the route from Rohru- Chamunda. At about 09-15 AM, above bus collide with Truck No. HR-45B-6348 driven by Jai Prakash S/o Sh. Namdhari R/o Village & PO Baras, Karnal Haryana, near Jawahar Navodya Vidyalya at Theog. Above accident took place due to rash & negligent driving of both Bus & Truck drivers. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev Kumar, I/O PS Theog.   
5. An Accident case FIR No. 93/15 has been registered at PS East today on 17.10.2015 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sher Singh S/o Sh. Devi Ram Ra/o Village Bakhdog, PO Shala, Tehsil Gohar, Distt. Mandi stated therein that on 16.10.2015, he along with Yog Raj Thakur was travelling in vehicle No. HP-03-2368. At about 11-00 PM, when they reached near Petrol Pump at Vikas Nagar, at the same time a car No.DL-3CAJ-7056 driven byt Henry-Vic-Echikwa (Nigerian Nationality) came rashly in wrong direction and hit his vehicle, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigating by HC Sandeep Kumar I/O PS East.
6. A Criminal Breach of Trust case FIR No. 97/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 16.10.2015 U/S 407 IPC on the statement of Sh. Yash Pal Thakur S/O Sh. Jagdish Thakur Village Rahdhar PO Kansakoti Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimal  alleging therein that he had loaded 90 apple boxes in the Pikup No. UP-11T-7484 driven by Gurmeet Singh S/O Sh. Mahender Singh R/O 5/2503/1 Sant Nagar Gopal Naar  Numaish Camp Saharanpur UP, from M/S A.S.F Aditya SXC Sabzi Mandi Rohru to Har Har Mahadev Fruit Company Bhiwani. But above Pick-up not reached at the destination till now. The case is being investigated by ASI Gopal Singh I/O PS Rohru.
7. A Criminal Breach of Trust case FIR No.179/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on   16.10.2015 U/S 407 IPC on the application of Sh. Shyam Chaudhary, Vaishnvi Jewelers Shop at Rampur Bsr stated therein that on 15.10.2015, he gave the keys of his shop to his worker namely Manjeet Mondal to open the shop. Afternoon when he went to his shop and saw that his shop was locked. He opened the shop from another key and found that his worker has stolen the Golden Jewelry from his shop. The Case is being investigated by ASI Ramesh Chand I/O PS Rampur.

1. An Excise Act case FIR No 17/15  has been registered at PS Kupvi on 15.10.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the Rukka of SI  Sandeep, SHO PS Kupvi alleging therein that on 15.10.2015, during patrolling, he recovered 04 bottles of English liquor, 6 bottles of country liquor & 24 bottles of Beer from the possession of Sh Gumaan Singh S/o Sh Baldi Ram R/o village Gont Tehsil Kupvi, Shimla.The Case is being investigated by SI Sandeep, SHO PS Kupvi.
2. An Accident case FIR No 173/15  has been registered at PS Theog on 15.10.2015  U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Vinod Kumar Pandey S/o Sh.Jeet Ram Pandey R/o village Rehal P/o Balag Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that he was going towards Balag from Shimla along with his relatives namely Puran Chand, Mother Smt. Deepo Devi, Sh. Shiv Ram Sharma in his vehicle No DL-9CK-8902. At about 04-00 PM, when they reached near Parala Mandi above car met with accident due to rash & negligent driving of Puran Chand and rolled down from the road. In this accident, two persons namely Smt. Deepo Devi & Sh. Shiv Ram Sharma had died during treatment at Theog Hospital and  he alongwith Jeet Ram Sharma & Puran sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by HC Inder I/O PS Theog     
3. An Accident case FIR No 96/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 15.10.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Rukka of ASI Kundan Lal I/C PP Tikkar PS Rohru Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 15.10.2015 a vehicle No HP-62A – 1846 Maruti Car on the way from Rohru to Patsari, met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Sh. Devinder Kumar S/O Sh. Budh Ram R/O Village Devra Jubbal PO, Tehsil & PS  Jubbal Distt. Shimla. In this accident three persons namely  Devinder Kumar, Lokinder Manta & Nikka Birta sustained injury. The case is being investigating by ASI Kundan Lal I/C PP Tikkar.
4. A Cheating case FIR No. 50/15 has been registered at PS Chopal today on 16.10.2015 U/S 420 IPC on the statement of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/o Sh. Laiq Ram R/o village Kiari, PO Sarain, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla alleging therein that he saw an advertisement in Zee Cinema Channel, which asked one question. He replied the question on telephone No. 07058916018 and one person told him that he have won a Prize 12 gram gold & cash Rs. 25,000/-. After that he received two VPPs from Ashok Kumar AT+PO TUNASA Distt. GNG PIN-770042, and he paid Rs. 6300/- as VPP Charges. When he opened the VPPs and found 02 iron rings & some rough new papers. The case is being  investigated by ASI Pratap Singh, I/O PS West.

Crime Report on 15,2015

1. A Theft Case FIR No.92/15 has been registered at PS East on 14-10-2015 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh Dilip Chauhan S/O Sh. Rattan Singh Chauhan R/O VPO Bella, Teh Shillai, Distt Sirmour A/P C/O Ravi Verma Near P.O Mehli, Junga Road, Shimla alleging therein that he had parked his Alto Car No. HP 17B-4929 Near post office on Junga Road on 12.10.2015 at 09:00 PM but next day he went there, he did not find his above Alto Car. Some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle. The case is being investigating by HC Naresh I/O PAR Vikas Nagar, PS East, Shimla.

Crime Report on October 14, 2015.

1.  An Acccident case FIR No 16/15 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 13.10.2015 U/S 279,337, 304A IPC on the statement  of Sh. Kalyan Singh S/O Sh. Sai Ram R/O Vill. Devnal, PO Jakandu, Tehsil Shilai, Distt Sirmour, HP, stated that on 13.10.15 at about 9.30 PM, Mr Pratap employee of Toll Tax Dept. told him that a Maruti Van NO. HP 64-5671 met with an accident and rolled down from the road. In this accident one person namely Swaranjit Singh died on the way in Ambulence 108 and Paramjit Singh sustained injuries.  The case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kupvi.
