deter public servant from discharge of his duty :- Case FIR No 109/19 has
been registered at PS Chopal on 22.11.19
U/S 452 353 332 IPC on the statement of Forest guard
Yashwant Attri S/o Sh Layak Ram vill. Mogda P/o Mogda teh Kumarsain District
Shimla HP alleged therein that when he was present at forest check post Chambi
then Mr. Bhoinder R/o Gagna entered into forest check post and bitten him on
duty. Case is being investigating by HC Naresh Kumar I/O PS Chopal.

During last
24 hours 18 Challaned without seat belt, 08 challan drunken
driving, 17 without helmet, 27 without Driving License, 02 using
mobile phone, 23 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
