Crime Report On November 10, 2019.

1.   Accident : Case FIR No. 106/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on dated 09.11.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of sh. Prakash Chand S/o Late Sh. Balak Ram R/o Village Kalmu, PO Galani, Tehsil Kumarsain, District Shimla alleging therein that on dated 09.11.2019 at about 2.45 PM he saw that a car rolled down from the road at about 200/300 feet at Koferdhar curve.  In this accident driver Ramesh Kumar S/o Sh. Noop Ram R/o Village & PO Galani, Tehsil Kumarsain, District Shimla & two persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Noop Ram I/O PS Kumarsain.

2.   During last 24 hours 13 vehicles were challaned without Seatbelt, 15 without helmet, 13 without driving License, 05 using mobile phone, 07 challaned drunken driving and  19 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
