CRIME REPORT ON 09.11.2019

      

1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No 235/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 08.11.19 U/S 21 ND & PS Act on the ruka of ASI Ajit Singh I/O PS Sadar Shimla District Shimla alleged therein that on 08.11.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty near Subzi Mandi stairs Shimla then they intercepted a person namely Manoj Kumar S/O Sh Shyam Sunder Sharma R/O Baldev Nagar Ambala Haryana A/P Komli bank Shimla and recovered 0.85 gram Heroin/Chitta from his possession.

2.   AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 104/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 08.11.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh Dhuni Chand S/o Krishan Lal R/o Village Palli P/O Poshana, Tehsil Nirmand District Kullu alleged  there in that  on 08.11.2019  a  vehicle No HP 95-0378 TUV 300 hit his swift car No HP92-0171 .This accident occurred  due to rash and negligent driving of Driver Vinod kumar S/O Sh Hari Chand village Sainj P/O Kirti Tehsil Rampur, Distt  Shimla. The case is being investigated By HC Jagdish Kumar I/O PP Jeori .

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 213/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 09.11.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the Statement of Ankush Mehta S/O Mohar Singh R/o Khalet P/o Khunni Tehsil Nankhari, Distt Shimla alleged therein that on 08.11.2019 he was coming to Bhathakufar from IGMC Shimla towards Malyana with his friend Ramesh in his Car vehicle No HP06C-9495. When he reached near Hill Grove School a traula truck No PB10CX-7029 came rashly and negligently from wrong direction and collided with his vehicle. In this accident an another vehicle No HP01A-7119 also get damaged. The case is being investgated by HC Chaman Lal  I/O PS Dhalli.

4.   A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 105/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 08.11.2019  U/S 420 IPC on the statement of Sh Vijay Dhiman S/o Sh Pratap Singh Dhiman r/o village Damadi P/O Tehsil Kumarsain District Shimla alleged therein that on 03.10.2019 he made an online deal through OLX for a Motorcycle (KTM 390)  with a person namely Ajay Yadav S/o Sh Ramesh Singh R/o Bhiwani Haryana but he did not deliver above motorcycle and also squeezed his money Rs 84,950/-. The case is being investigated by HC Rajesh I/O PS Kumarsain.

5.   During last 24 hours 22 Challaned without seat belt, 00 challan drunken driving, 11 without helmet, 20 without Driving License, 02 using mobile phone, 18 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
