1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 56/19
has been registered at PS Sunni on
15.11.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Rajvindr Singh I/o PS
Sunni alleged therein that on 15.11.2019 during patrolling duty at Nagare ki
Jaan he recovered 12 bottles from
the possession of Puran Chand S/o Sh Jeet Ram R/o village Pandohi P/o Sainj
Tehsil Sunni Disrict Shimla. The case is being investigated by I/o PS Sunni.
2. CAUSING
GRIEVOUS HURT: Case FIR No.144/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 15.11.2019 U/S 323,325 IPC on the complaint of Sh.
Lokinder Singh S/O Sh. Sawari Lal R/O Dunda PO Summerkot, Tehsil Rohru,
Distt Shimla HP alleged therein that on 14.11.2019 he was playing DJ in marriage
at Jaunli. When he was playing songs on which people were dancing there, suddenly
a person namely Ajay Kumar came there and beaten him brutally. The case is
being investigated by HC Davinder I/o Rohru.
3. During last
24 hours 18 Challaned without seat belt, 03 challan drunken
driving, 13 without helmet, 19 without Driving License, 19 using
mobile phone, 10 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
