Crime Report on August 31, 2018

1.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 45/18 has been registered at PS Sunni on 31.08.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Babu Ram S/o Sh. Maadu Ram R/o Village Nai Garla PO Kothipura Tehsil & PS Sadar Bilaspur, Distt. Bilaspur stated therein that today, he was travelling in Truck No. HP64A-6047. when they reached at Jashi, above truck met with an accident and rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Truck driver. In this accident, he sustained injuries and Truck driver run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Krishan, I/O PS Sunni.

2.  ATTEMPT TO MURDER: Case FIR No. 85/18 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 30.08.2018 U/S 307 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Monu S/o Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Village Baghi PO & Tehsil Chirgaon, District Shimla stated therein that on 30.08.2018 at about 01-15 PM, his cousin Arjun informed him telephonically that when he reached near Baghi, two unknown persons forcibly given him some intoxicated substance with the intention to kill him. The case is being investigated by ASI Achhar Singh, I/O PS Chirgaon. 

3.  A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 194/18 has been registered at PS Sadar on 30.08.2018 U/S 451 323 504 34 IPC PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Murari Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Jamuna Singh R/o Quarter No. GT-26, Railway Colony, Shimla alleging therein that on 30.08.2018 at about 11-30 AM, when he was present outside Railway Colony in the veranda, at the same time two persons namely Vishal alongwith his servant Sanju came there and forcibly pulled him towards Railway line and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Kishore, I/O PS Sadar Shimla. 

4.  During last 24 hours 472 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded=218 fine realized Rs. 82,300/- and 19 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1900/-.  

FOLLOW UP

1.    Accused Sachin Kumar S/o Sh. Raj Kumar R/o Village Mehla, PO Radi, Tehsil  & PS Chamba, Distt. Chamba arrested in case FIR No. 242/18 Dt. 29.08.2018 u/s 353 332 504 506 309 IPC at PS West remanded in Judicial Custody by the Ld. Court.

2.    Accused Shrutipal S/o Sh. Jalam Singh R/o Village Khulha, PO Jarwa, Tehsil Shillai, Distt. Sirmaur arrested in case FIR No. 188/18 Dt. 26.08.2018 u/s 379 IPC & 3 PDP Act at PS Sadar is being produce before the Ld. Court.

3.    Accused Sanoj Kumar S/o Sh. Chander Pal R/o Ruldu Bhatta, Lakkar Bazar, Shimla, age 34 years arrested in case FIR No. 195/18 Dt. 30.08.2018 U/S 353 IPC PS Sadar, Shimla is being produce before the Ld. Court.
