Crime Report On August 15, 2018.

                                                       "Happy Independence Day, 2018"

1.    AN ND&PS: Case FIR No. 179/18 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 14.08.18 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Susheel Pal I/O SIU Shimla alleging therein that on 14.08.2018 one person intercepted by him at Byepass Road Lalpani Near Bridge and during search 187 Tablets of Nirtrosun-10 recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Susheel Pal I/O SIU Shimla.

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 106/18 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 15.08.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Lalit @ Boby S/O Sh. Jia Lal Vill. & PO Fancha Tehsil Rampur Bsr Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that today at about 1100 am at NH-05 near Chuhabag one Car No HP 63-5323 T/Sumo met with an accident in which He, Sunny,Banti,Tanu,Anu & Aditi sustained injuries. Accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Vehicle Driver Sunny S/O Sh. Gulab Singh Vill. & PO Pooh Distt. Kinnaur HP. Case is being investigated by HC Hukam Lal I/O PS Rampur.

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 87/18 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 14.08.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of HHG Vinod Kumar PS New Shimla stated therein that on dated 14.08.18 at about 6.00 PM when he was performing his duty at Lower Khalini Chowk, he saw that  Nitin Sharma driver of scooty No. MP04SA-4423 hit a Nepali Prem Bahadur while crossing the road. In this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Rajvinder Singh I/O PS New Shimla.

4.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 57/18 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 15.08.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Hari Chand  S/O Sh. Roop Singh Village Pujarli P.O Kedi Tehsil Nerwa Stated that he alongwith  Balbir, Partap, Ranjeet Singh , Ravinder was going to their village in vehicle No.HP08A-2982 from Nerwa Bazaar at 8:30 pm when they reached at Chital driver Ranjeet Singh lost his control over the vehicle and fall down from Dhank/ khala. In this accident they all sustained injured. The case is being investigating by HC Sharifodeen I/O P.S Nerwa.

5.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 86/18 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 15.08.2018 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of sh. Jai Gopal Rajta S/o Sh. Jiwan Dass Rajta R/o Vill. Rewag, PO Narkanda, Kumarsain, Shimla alleging therein that on 14.08.2018 at about 10.15 PM a Pickup No. HP62-1337 come from Narkanda towards Shima rolled down from NH. In this accident driver Rajesh sustained injury and other person Leela Nand died on spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Mansa Ram.

6.    A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 178/18 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 14.08.18 U/S 420 IPC in which lady complainant alleged that on dated 14.08.2018 an unknown person made a call on her father’s mobile and saying that his account has been blocked and got all the detail related to his above account. Above unknown person got OTP number and withdrawn amount Rs. 40, 000/- from above account of her father.  

7.    A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 218/18 has been registered at PS West Shimla on 14.08.2018 U/S 451, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Pratap R/O Village Dhadaun, PO Kohbag, Tehsil & Distt Shimla, HP  alleging therein that on 14.08.2018 he said to one Mr Rajat that his labour dirty the bathroom, on this Rajat come to his house and beaten him and threatened him with dire consequences.

8.    A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 83/18 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 14.08.2018 U/S 451,323,427 IPC  on the Application of  a lady of Sarhan  Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP Therein  she Alleged  that  on dated 12-08-2018 Some  unknown  culprit   trespassed the  Shiv Temple  and  destroyed  Temple  articles,  apples  and  also  beaten Temple  Pujari/baba. 

9.    A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 155/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli Shimla on 14.08.18 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Krishan Chand R/o Vill. Khalogra, PO Pujarli No. 3, Tehsil Rohru, Distt Shimla A/P Apple Trader of Sunta Fruit Company Sabzi Mandi Dhalli alleged therein that on dated 06.08.2018 one customer namely Asif @ Munna came there and bought 57 apple boxes amounting to Rs 1,29000/- from him and said that the payment of Rs 1, 29000/- will be given to him within two hours in his account online. But Asif @ Munna did not pay due amount of Rs 1,29000/- to him till today and he has left the hotel where he was staying.

10.  During last 24 hours 239 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 125 fine realized Rs. 52,300/-, 10 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1000/- .

Naresh Kumar R/o Village Loharli, PO Bakshad Tehsil Karsog, District Mandi, 3) Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Nand Kumar R/o Village Himri, PO Shorshan Tehsil Karsong, Mandi, 4) Kailash Chand S/o Sh. Kamlu Ram R/o Village Banthana PO Kushwa Tehsil Nirmand, Kullu, 5) Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Gopal Singh R/o  HIPPA Fairlawn, Type-II, Set No.-8, Dhalli Shimla & 6) Jeet Ram S/o Sh. Jhile Ram R/o Village Kotho PO Shamti, Tehsil & District Solan arrested in case FIR No. 85/18 Dt. 12.08.18 U/S 457 380 IPC PS Kumarsain have been sent to judicial custody by the ld court today.  

2      Accused Vicky Sharma S/o Sh. Amit Sharma R/o C/o Harish Kumar, R/o Dev Nagar near Shiv Mandir Panthaghati, Shimla, age 19 years arrested in case FIR No. 85/18 dated 11-08-2018 u/s 21-61-85 ND&PS Act PS New Shimla, remanded in Police custody upto 16-08-2018, by the Ld. Court.
