Crime Report on Sept. 29, 2015

1. A House Trespass Case  FIR No. 97/15  has been registered  at PS New Shimla on 28.09.15 U/S 448 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vikas Negi S/O Sh.Alam Singh Negi  R/o Quarter No. 1st Cemetery Kanlog alleging therein that he was residing at Christian Cemetery Kanlog with his family and he went to Mandi on transfer in the year 2005. But he did not left his quarter at Kanlog. On 22.09.2015, he came to his quarter and found that some unknown person has entered in his quarter and thrown his house hold articles outside and locked his room. The case is being investigated by HC Rajesh, I/O PS New Shimla.                                                                     
2. A grievous injury case FIR NO 243/15 has been registered at PS West on 28.09.2015  U/S 323,325  IPC on the statement of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O Yog Raj Building Majhyath, Totu Shimla alleging therein that on 09.08.2015, one person namely Sheru has beaten him brutally at Dhanda. On this he was medically examined at IGMC Shimla. On 28.09.2015, Medical Officer has given grievous injuries to him in his final opinion. The case is being investigated by Incharge Police Post Jatog .                                             
3. A Theft case FIR NO 327/15  has been registered at PS Dhalli  on 28.09.2015 U/S 427, 379 IPC  on the complaint of Priyanka Sharma R/o  TIL Plot No. 39, Udyog Vihar Phase No-3  Gurgaon Haryana alleging therein that she was stay at East View Home Stay near village Shanet, PO Janedghat, Shimla. On 27.09.2015, some unknown person has broken the glass of her vehicle and stolen away her purse alongwith PAN card, ATM cards & some other valuable documents.  
4. During last 24 hours 313 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 07 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total challaned compounded= 105 & fine realized Rs. 49,200/-.

1. Accused Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Charan Dass R/o Village Fley (Nanan) PO Bonda Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla, age 20 years arrested in case FIR No 96/15 Dt. 28.09.2015 U/S 498A,306 IPC at PS Jhakri.

2. Accused  i) Akhilesh  Jaiswal S/O Sh. Ram Sanehi Jaiswal  R/o Vill. Shiridhar Samml, Apartment B-Wing,  Room No 106 near Reliance Tower Due East Distt. Thana Maharashtra A/P  Gumma Tehsil Kotkhai HP  Age 33 years & ii) Chhote Lal S/O Sh. Sudhama Parshad Gupta Vill. & PO Kero Tehsil & Distt Baliya UP A/P Digdiga Vishal Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow UP Age 36 years arrested in case FIR No. 156/15 Dt. 15.09.2015 U/S 420,409,120 B IPC at PS Theog.
