A House Trespass case FIR No. 91/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 27/09/2015 U/S 452, 342, 323, 34 IPC on the statement of Smt. Indira Devi W/O Late Sh. Mukesh R/O Village Mahendli PO, Tehsil & PS Rohru Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that in the intervening night of 26-27/09/2015 at about 09:00 PM, two unknown person entered in her home. They beaten her & her servant Rohit Nepali and wrongfully confines them in her home. The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal, I/C Police Post Tikkar, Police Station Rohru.
2 Concealment of birth by secret disposal of dead body case FIR NO 169/15 Dtd.26-09-15 U/S 318 IPC PS Rampur has been registered on the statement of Sh. Kunjamandal S/O Sh. Tulsi Mandal Village Dyalmahi Nagar P.o Aagam Ganj Tehsil Lal Bagh Ganj Distt. Muradabad West Bengal A/P Constable GD 120060624 4th SSB BN Mohan Lal ganj Lakhnow UP attached at Kumarsain SSB Training Centre Nogli Rampur age 24 years stated that today at 6.30 PM when he was on patrolling duty with constable Rajinder Singh at SSB Complex Nogli post near Satluj River he saw one new born baby who was lying in the middle bushes decomposed state. Case is being investigated by ASi Ramesh Chand I/o PS Rampur..
3 An accident case FIR No.37/15 Dt.26.09.15 U/S 279,337,304 A IPC PS Nerwa has been registered on the statement of Sh. Neem Chand S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Village Datti P.O Gananu Ghat Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan. He stated that today he was traveling toward to Mashran in Alto Car No. HP11-6391. When they reached near Mashran (Sanj Nala) at about 08:00 PM driver Sanjeev Kumar S/O Paras Ram R/O Village Shavag Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan lost his control over the vehicle and rolled down from the road. In this accident he and one Mr. Nand Lal S/O Gusau R/O Village Datti Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan sustain injuries and the driver of above vehicle Sanjeev Kumar expired on the spot in this accident. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Singh I/O P.S Nerwa.
4 An accident case FIR No 168/15 Dated 26-09-15 U/S 279,337 IPC PS Rampur has been registered vide DD No 47 on the Rukka of HC Bakshi Ram No 1688 I/O PP Nankhari alleging therein that intervening night on dated 25-09-15 one LP Truck No HP-12F-9396 which was loaded with Apple boxes met with an accident at Hugri Nala near Parmeshwari Dhank. In which accident only driver has got injuries. The accident occurred due to rash & negligent driving by truck driver. Case is being investigating by HC Bakshi Ram No 1688 I/O PP Nankhari
5 Criminal intimidation by an anonymous communication case FIR No 242/15 dated 26-09-2015 U/s 506,507,504 IPC PS West has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Ram Rattan Verma OSD secretary Vidhan Sabha alleging therein in that he has received a call on his Mobile No 9418037077 from unknown Mobile No 09779399038 and he has threatened him with dire consequences onhis mobile and also abusing giving him on his Mobile .Case is being investigated by SI Rajinder I/O PS West accordingly.
6 A HP Open Place Prevention of Disfigurement case FIR No 96/15 dated 26-09-2015 U/S 3 HP open place prevention of disfigurement act 1985 PS New Shimla has been registered on the Ruka of HC Anil Kumar No 163 with his staff PS new Shimla. When they were on patrolling and Traffic duty at Khalini link road, he saw a poster of Tally Institute of Learning which is affixed on the wall in side of Rain Shelter at Khalini Shimla, which is clear violation of above mentioned act as such poster affixed on government rain shelter Case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar I/o PS New Shimla.
7. During the last 24 hours179 vehicle challaned under MV Act and –2– persons Challaned under Smoking Act total compounded Challaned 71 & Fine realized Rs.36000/-
