Crime Report on Sept. 28, 2015

1. An Accident Case FIR No 170/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 27.09.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC  on the Rukka of HC Devinder Nath, I/O PP Nankhari alleging therein that on  26.09.2015 at about 04.00 PM, one A/F Alto Car met with an accident near Bus Stand Dhansha,Nankhari, caused sustained injuries to three persons namely Yog Raj,Ankit & Bishan Singh. The case is being investigating by HC Devinder Nath, I/O PP Nankhari.                 

2. An Accident case FIR NO  11/15 has been registered at PS Kupvi on  27.09.2015 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Gulab Singh S/o Sh. Shobha Ram R/O Khanar P.O Shi Kyari, Tehsil Shillai Distt Sirmour alleging therein that one vehicle No HP-17D-1216 Bolero camper met with an accident  near Shokar & rolled down about 200 meters from the road, due to rash & negligent driving of  driver /owner Gita ram S/o Lt Sh Chandan Singh R/o Gangtoli, PO Sheel, Tehsi Shillai Distt Sirmour & died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kupvi.    

3. An Accident  case FIR No. 92/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 27/09/2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rohit Dutta S/O Sh. Diwan Singh Dutta R/O Village  Kalgaon PO Pujarli No. 2 Tehsil & PS Rohru Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 27.09.2015 at about 02.15 AM a vehicle No. HP-63B-0976  met with an accident near Kalgaon & rolled down from the road due to rash and negligent driving of Kushal, caused sustained injuries to him.  The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal, I/C PP Tikkar.

4. An Injury with Sharp Weapon case FIR No. 70/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 27.09.2015 U/S 324 IPC on the statement of  Ms. Kalpna D/O Sh. Dhruv Nath R/O Dhumrera Teh. Chirgaon stated therein that on 27.9.2015 at 8.30 AM her father Sh. Dhruv Nath  has cut her hand with Darat caused sustained injuries to her. The case is being investigated by HC Puran Singh, I/O of  PS Chirgaon.                   

5. During last 24 hours 135 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 02 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total challaned compounded= 58 & fine realized Rs. 19,500/-.

1. Accused  i) Akhilesh  Jaiswal S/O Sh. Ram Sanehi Jaiswal  R/o Vill. Shiridhar Samml, Apartment B-Wing,  Room No 106 near Reliance Tower Due East Distt. Thana Maharashtra A/P  Gumma Tehsil Kotkhai HP  Age 33 years & ii) Chhote Lal S/O Sh. Sudhama Parshad Gupta Vill. & PO Kero Tehsil & Distt Baliya UP A/P Digdiga Vishal Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow UP Age 36 years arrested in case FIR No. 156/15 Dt. 15.09.2015 U/S 420,409,120 B  IPC at PS Theog, today produced before Ld. Court. Both accused remanded in police custody upto 29.09.2015 by the trial court.
