Crime Report on Sept. 08, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No. 225/15 has been registered at PS West today on 08.09.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & 185 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Viveka Nand Parihar S/o Sh. Jia Lal R/o Village & PO Diyabla, Tehsil Kandaghat, Distt. Solan, Age 30 years stated therein that on 07.09.2015, he was going to Kufri from Shimla in his Tipper No. HP-51A-1172. When he reached near HP Vidhan Sabha, at the same time one vehicle No. HP-63C-0785 (Alto) driven by Sainu Ram Panwar, came rashly and collide with his Tipper. Sainu Ram Panwar drives the vehicle in drunken condition. In this accident, Sainu Ram Panwar sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar, I/O PS West.

2. An Accident case FIR No. 33/15 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 07.09.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Shyam Lal S/o Lt. Sh. Saniya Ram R/o Village Ghuntari, PO Nerwa, Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 07.09.2015, he alongwith his wife Tulsi Devi, Bhup Singh and 12 another persons were travelling in Bolero Camper No. HP-62A-3473. At about 06-10 PM, above vehicle met with an accident near Anewar Nalah (Shikyar) due to rash & negligent driving of Manoj Kumar. In this accident, all passengers sustained injuries. 

3. An Accident Case FIR No160/15 has been registred at PS Rampur dated 8/9/15 u/s 279,337 IPC 187 MV Act on the Rukka of ASI Karam Chand IC PP City Rampur alleged that on dated 08.09.2015 an information received in PP City that one persons was lying injured near Bushahr Regency Rampur, on this information ASI Karam Chand rushed to the spot and found that one person namely Susheel Kumar S/O Sh Ballu Ram R/O Village Gunnamar PO Khunna Teh. Aani Distt Kullu was lying on road in injured condition. on inquiry it has found that some vehicle hit him and run away from the spot. Above person refered to IGMC Shimla. This accident occured due to rash and negligent driving of the driver of unknown vehicle. Case has been registered and is being investigated by ASI Karam Chand I/C PP City Rampur.

4. An Accident case FIR No. 49/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai today on 08.09.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Gurdeep Singh(Punjab) A/P Conductor in Truck No. PB-09D-5225 stated therein that today he alongwith driver Balkar Singh (Punjab)  was on the way from Kotkhai to Chandigarh. When they reached near Galodi, above truck met with an accident & rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Balkar Singh. In this accident, they sustained injuries  and admitted in CHC Kotkhai for treatment. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal I/O PS Kotkhai.

5. An Accident case FIR No. 50/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai today on  08.09.2015 U/S 229,337 IPC on the statement of Rajat stated therein that 07.09.2015, he Alongwith Jitender were coming from Theog to village Divandi in Maruti Car No. HP-03C-3718.  At about 09-00 PM, when they reached near Kiari bifurcation, above car met with an accident caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal I/O PS Kotkhai.

6. Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No 79/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 07.09.2015 U/S 353,332,504,34 IPC on the application of Sh. Tula Ram R/O Kotgarh Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 07.09.2015, when he alongwith Rang officer, Guard, Ravi were removed the illegal possession from forest land with the direction of High Court order, at the same time three persons namely Kapil Bhardwaj S/O Like Ram, Suresh Verma, and Inder S/O Het Ram R/O CPIM Office set no. 9 Baba  Building  The Mall Shimla came there and abused them and obstructed during discharge of their duty. The case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Narkanda

7. A Burglary Case FIR No. 226/15 has been registered at PS West on dated 08.09.2015 U/S 457,380 IPC P.S. West Shimla on the complaint of Sh. Ved Prakash S/O late Sh. Nand Lal R/O Vill. Satrol, PO Mamleeg, Tehsil & Distt Solan, HP A/P Cashier Cum Checker Railway Mail Sewa, Railway Station, Shimla, alleging therein that at 3.25 AM Mail Guard Tej Ram reached on his duty he found that the lock hook of Mail Shed was broken. He informed to Sh. Ved Prakash to this effect. On inspection it has been found that 16 mail bags have been found stolen. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder I/O PS West.

8. During last 24 hours 263 vehicles challaned under MV Act. Total challaned compounded= 67 & fine realized Rs. 39,900/-

Shallan PO Pujarli No. 2 Tehsil & PS Rohru Distt. Shimla HP, arrested today in case FIR No. 81/15 Dt. 31.08.15 U/S 309, 302 IPC at PS Rohru. She will be produced before Ld. Court tomorrow.
