Crime Report on Sept. 22, 2015

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No 319/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 21.09.15 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act has been registered on the rukka of ASI Dharam Singh, I/O PP Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that on 21.09.2015, he alongwith staff on patrolling/traffic checking duty on the road leading to Lakkar Bazar from Sanjauli. At about 07-30 PM, one Maruti Zen No. CH-03-5500 driven by Vivek Chauhan S/o Sh. Veer Singh Chauhan R/o House No. 3, Block-12, Housing Board Colony Sanjauli Shimla came from Sanjauli, intercepted by them. During search, 180 tablets of Restricted medicines Nitrosun-10, recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Singh, I/O PP Sanjauli. 

2. An Excise Act case FIR No 318/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 21.09.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Nagdev I/C PP Mashobra alleging therein that on 21.09.2015, he alongwith staff was coming back to PP Mashobra from Sanula. When they reached near Bagharu Pul, one vehicle No. HP-63B-0294 (Maruti Car) stopped by them for checking. On this driver of above vehicle left his vehicle and run away from the spot. During search, 15 boxes of country  liquor marka "Malta" and 03 boxes of Una No. 1 (Total 18 Boxes) recovered from inside the vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev, I/C PP Mashobra.

3. An accident  case FIR No. 83/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 21.9.2015 U/S 279,304A IPC on the  Statement of Sh. Girdhari Lal S/o Sh Saju Ram R/o Vill Lachu, PO Pandishikar, Tehsil Palampur, Distt Kangra HP Age 32 Years alleging therein that on     21.09 2015 at 9.30 AM, he was doing his work along  with her wife and his daughter & son was playing on the road  side.  The driver Anil was driving the LNT Machine on the road and constructed the Sand & Bricks through buckets of LNT Machine, suddenly a Bricks rolled down upon his daughter & son due to negligence act of driver Anil.  In this accident,  hir daughter Poonam died on spot. The Case is being investigated By HC Jawahar No 22 I/O  PP Narkanda

4. A House Trespass case FIR No 84/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 21.9.2015 U/S 451, 336,506 IPC on the statement of   Smt. Ratni Devi R/o Vill Shanad PO Kumarsain Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 18.9.2015 One person namely Het Ram S/o Shobhu ram R/o Vill Jogesha Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla came at her home & damage her wooden pillar. After that he thrown the stones on her roof and  threatened with dire consequences. The Case is being Investigated by HC Ram Sain, I/O PS Kumarsain .

5. A Theft case FIR No 164/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 22.09.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/o Sh. Tawarku Ram R/o Village Chiska, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 15.09.2015 he loaded 68 apple boxes in vehicle No HP-06A-4579 form Chiksa, driven by Ramesh. He parked the above vehicle near PD Sons at Daklor. In the morning Driver Ramesh told him that on the intervening night of 15/16.09.2015, some unknown person has stolen away 68 apple boxes from his vehicle. The case is being investigated by HC Narjeev Kumar, I/O PS Rampur.

6. During last 24 hours 263 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 01 Person challaned under Smoking Act. Total challaned compounded= 84 & fine realized Rs. 36,700/-.        

   Follow-Up

1. Accused Bhagat Ram @ Keeru S/o Sh. Mast Ram R/o Village & PO Tharoch, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla, Age 28 years, arrested in case FIR No. 36/15 Dt. 21.09.15 U/S 452 354A IPC at PS Nerwa, released on bail by the trial court.
2. Accused Vivek Chauhan S/o Sh. Veer Singh Chauhan R/o House No. 3, Block-12, Housing Board Colony Sanjauli Shimla arrested in case FIR No 319/15 Dt. 21.09.2015 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli, today produced before Ld. Court. He is remanded in Police Custody upto 24.09.2015 by the trial court.
