Crime Report 26, April 2014

1. An Accident case FIR No. 26/14 is registered at PS Sunni on 25-04-2014 U/S 279,337,304-A IPC on the ruka of ASI Vijay Kumar I/O PS Sunni alleging therein that on 25-04-2014 at about 05.20 PM they found that one Moter Cycle No.HP-52A-2954 fell down about 200/250 feet near Devidhar. One person namely Gopal Singh died on spot & two persons injured in this accident. The case is being investigated by ASI Vijay Kumar  I/O P.S. Sunni.

    

2. A Theft Case FIR No. 63/14 is registered at PS west on 25.04.14 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Ram Singh S/o Sh. Budhi Ram R/o Village- Navgaon, Tehsil- Arki, Distt. Solan alleging therein that on 23.04.2014, his driver Kartar Singh parked his Truck No. HP-11-C-5231 at Chakkar Bypass Road in Shimla. Some unknown persons has stolen away his truck from Chakkar By pass road. Case is being investigated by HC Vikas Dogra  I/O PS West.

    

    

3. An Abetment of suicide Case FIR No 65/14  is registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on 26-04-14 U/S 306 IPC on the statement  of Smt. Indira W/O Sh Ishwer Dutt R/O Village Dayla Deothi PO Sargan Tehsil Rajgarh Distt. Sirmour alleging therein that her younger daughter Pushpa solemnized marriage with Sh Shiv Dutt R/O Village Banog in the year 2010 and she born two children. Her Mother-in law tortured her daughter Pushpa from so many days. On 25-04-2014 one Sh Ganga Ram telephonically told that Pushpa has consumed poison and brought to PHC Chail. On this information she along with her husband went to PHC Chail, where during treatment Dr. declared her daughter dead. She doubts that her Mother-in-law tortured her daughter and abetted her to commit suicide. The case is being investigated by I/C PP Junga.

    

4. A Theft case FIR No.21/14 is registered at PS Nerwa today i.e. on 26-04-2014 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh Sant Ram Thakur SDO Electric Division Nerwa at Chopal alleging therein that some unknown person has stolen a electric transformer, 25KVA/ 2210.4KV from Bhoot near Kuthar. The case is being investigated by ASI Kalyan Singh I/O PS Nerwa. 

     

5. During last 24 hours 277 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act.    03 persons Challaned under smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.47,100/-
