Crime Report 18 April 2014

1. Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge his duty Case FIR No.42/14 is registered at PS Theog on 17.04.2014 U/S 353,341,504,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Hitender Singh Driver HRTC alleging therein that when he was going for Rohru to drive the Bus No.HP-10A-4694 HRTC from Shimla when he reached at Rahighat, one person block his road by vehicle No. HP 09A-3730 beaten him, abuse him and also threatened for dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Yogesh I/O PS Theog.

2.  An Accident Case FIR No.43/14 is registered at PS Theog on 18-04-2014 U/S 279,337,304-A IPC on the statement of Sh Parmod Chandel S/O SH.Mahender Partap Chandel R/O Banawag PO Kathog Tehsil Theog, District Shimla alleging therein that at about 11-30 PM he was present in his house then he listen the sound of falling vehicle, then he run towards spot and saw that  a vehicle No.HP-09C-2063 fell down from the road and the driver of the vehicle Parkash Chand died on the spot & other two person injured. Case is being investigated by Yogesh I/O PS Theog.

    

3. A Snatching Case FIR NO 44/14 is registered at PS Theog on 18-04-14 U/S 341,382,323,506 IPC PS Theog on the complaint of Sh Virender S/O Sh. Rama Nand R/O Thera Chikri PO Taklech, Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla alleging therein that he was going to Rampur from Shimla in his taxi. When he reached near PWD Guest House Theog then Mr Raman and his two friend obstruct/block his way/road beaten him and snatched his Mobile, Key, Gold Chain & threatened him. Case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh I/O PS Theog.

    

4. A Theft case FIR No. 27/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 18-04-2014 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Shishu Paul J.E. HPPWD Sub Division Rohru, alleging therein that during intervening night 8/9-04-14 some unknown person have stolen the 65 drum of Charcoal from Kansakoti. Case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal I/O PS Rohru.

    

5. During last 24 hours 153 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act.    3 persons challaned under smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.22,700/-
