Crime Report 17 April 2014

  1. An Accident case FIR No.62/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on  16-04-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Sunil Kumar S/O Sh Supa Ram R/O Shivam Regency Kamla Nagar Bhathakufar Shimla alleging therein that on 16/04/2014 when he was present  near Indane Gas Bhathakufar, at about 05.15 PM one Omini Van No.HP-51B-0577 fell down from the road. Case is being investigated by PSI Vivek Gautam I/O PS Dhalli.

     

  2. A Criminal breach of trust case FIR No.15/14 is registered at PS New Shimla on     16-04-2014 U/S 408 IPC on the statement of Sh Nagender Prasad S/O Sh Raja Ram Bhagat R/O A/P Owner Max Sky Shop Thakur Niwas Sector-3 New Shimla alleging therein that he opened the Max Sky Shop office on above mentioned address. Mr Satnam & Mahender Pal  also working with him. On12-04-2014 he along with Satnam went home on leave. On 14-04-2014 when he along with Satnam came to his shop, one LCD Monitor, CPU & two Mobiles were found missing and Sh Mahender Pal was also not present in the shop. He doubts that said Mohinder Pal had stolen the above articles from the shop. The case is being investigated by HC Anil I/O PS New Shimla.

     

  3. A Theft Case FIR No.16/14 is registered at PS Chopal today i.e. on 17-04-14 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Nippun Negi S/O Sh Sikander Negi R/O Village Lakhawati PO Nerwa,Tehsil Chopal alleging therein that on 17-04-14 at about 01.45 AM he heard the sound of starting the vehicle then he came out from the house.He saw that his vehicle No. HP-62A-2197 Pick-up stolen by some unknown person. The case is being investigated by ASI Partap Singh I/O PS Chopal.

     

  4. An Accident case FIR No. 20/14 is registered at PS Nerwa today i.e. on 17-04-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Nippun Negi S/O Sh Sikander Negi R/O Village Lakhawati PO Nerwa,Tehsil Chopal alleging therein that on 17-04-14 at about 03.15 AM he alongwith Police staff were searched the vehicle No.HP-62-A-2197 Pick-up towards Dhadu then a vehicle came rashly from Nerwa and driver of the vehicle lost his control on the vehicle and fell down from the road. The case is being investigated by HC Sant Ram I/O PS Nerwa.       

     

  5. During last 24 hours 156 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act.    4 persons challaned under smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.17,100/-
