A disobedience of order case FIR No. 14/14 is registered at PS New Shimla on 13.04.2014 U/S 188 IPC on the ruka of PSI Rajneesh Thakur I/O PS N/Shimla alleging therein that on 13-04-2014 at about 10.15 PM when he was on patrolling with staff at Sector-2, New Shimla near community Hall they listen the loudly sound of D.J. system. They ask the owner of D.J. then he told his name Saurav Pal S/O Sh. Karan Pal R/O H.No-502, Sector-4 N/Shimla and did not produced any permission taken by District Magistrate. The case is being investigated by PSI Rajneesh Thakur I/O PS N/Shimla.
