An Excise Case FIR No. 23/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 08-04-14 U/S 39 Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Balraj I/C PP Tikker that when he was on patrolling duty alongwith staff near Tikker, he recovered 28 bottles of illicit liquor from the possession of Suresh Kumar S/o Kalam Singh R/o Vill. Teer, PO Pujarli No.2, Teh. Rohru, Distt. Shimla. The Case is being investigated by ASI Balraj I/C PP Tikker.
During last 24 hours 161 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. 02 person were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 21,200/-.
