An Accident Case FIR No. 39/14 is registered at PS Theog on 07-04-14 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Sujan Singh S/o Sh. Hira Singh R/o Vill. Kathaivag, PO Balag, Teh. Theog, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that a Truck No. HP52B-2006 met with an accident near Koti. In this accident Truck driver namely Luxmi died on the spot. The Case is being investigated by HC Sharifudin, I/O PS Theog.
A House Trespass Case FIR No. 722/14 is registered at PS Sunni on 07-04-14 U/S 341, 451, 506, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Padam Dev Sharma S/o late Sh. Kedar Nath R/o VPO Mandhodghat, Teh. Sunni, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that when he was coming back to his house from temple, at that time one person namely Hem Ran & his wife stopped his way and use filthy language. After some time they came his house premises & threatened him. The Case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar , I/O PS Sunni.
During last 24 hours 164 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. 01 person were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 26,000/-.
