Crime Report 25,April 2014

1. An Excise Act Case FIR No.31/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 24.04.14 U/S 279 IPC & 39 HP Excise Act on the ruka of ASI Dev Raj I/O PS Kumarsain, District Shimla alleging therein that on 24.04.2014 when he along with staff were on patrolling near Digadhar then a Swaraj/Mazda met an accident there on NH-5 During checking of above vehicle 3360 Bottles of country Liquor recovered inside the vehicle and the driver of the above vehicle run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Dev Raj I/O P.S. Kumarsain.

    

    

2. Assault or criminal force & Voluntarily causing hurt to public servant Case FIR No.23/14 is registered at PS Jhakhri on 24-04-2014 U/S 353, 332, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh Ramji Dass Driver HRTC Bus No.HP-25-A 1883, alleging therein that on 24-04-2014 at about 08:10 PM he was on duty, route from Kaza to Hamirpur. He stop the bus at Jeori alongwith conductor for dinner in Lama Dhaba. Then 3/4 persons namely Sunder Singh R/O Rangori, Mona R/O Majhgaon & other unknown persons came there & trying to push him out from driver side window without any reason & beat him. He got injury in right side head & right side cheek. After beating him they run away in Maruti Car No. HP-06A-3766 towards Sarahan. The case is being investigating by HC Gopal Singh   I/O PP Jeori.

    

    

3. An Accident case FIR No 44/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 25-04-14 U/S 279,337 IPC  on the report of Sunil Kumar S/O Keshware Singh R/O VPO Taklech Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that today at about 10.30 AM  a B/Camper No HP 06A-2452 hit a person namely Singhi Ram S/O Dharm Dass R/O Khukhi PO Darkali Tehsil Rampur in Taklech Bazar. Singhi Ram Sustained injuries in his leg and Stomach. Case is being investigating by HC Hans Raj I/O PP Taklech.

    

    

4. A Theft case FIR No.64/14 is registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on 25-04-2014 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh Kedar Singh Junior Engineer Electricity Board  Housing Board Colony Sanjauli alleging therein that on 24-04-2014 they had placed a new transformer  for replacement. On intervening night 24/25-04-2014 some unknown person stolen the Copper wire from above new transformer. The case is being investigating by ASI Kamlender I/O PS Dhalli. 

    

    

5. During last 24 hours 209 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act.05 persons Challaned under smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.23,000/-
