Crime Report on September 25,2018

1.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 50/18 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 24.09.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Pawan Mehta S/o Sh. Mohan Singh Mehta R/o Village Lamba Jubbad, PO Danawali, Tehsil Nankhari, Shimla, age 32 years stated therein that on 24.09.2018, one A/F Bolero Camper met with an accident near Mohli due to rash & negligent driving of Rupender Khoond, sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Devinder Nath, I/O PS Nankhari.

2.    AN ASSAULT ON GOVT. SERVENT: Case FIR No. 88/18 has been registered at PS Jubbal on  25-09-2018U/S 353,332,504,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Yog Raj S/O Sh. Chavi Ram R/O Gobdla, PO Sakri Dhar, Tehsil Baldwara, District Mandi A/P Drivver HRTC Deepu Rohru, alleging therein that on 24.09.2018 at about 07:30 PM two persons namely Narender and Sahil beaten him brutally along with bus conductor  at Batar Galu and threatened him with dire consequences during performing their Govt. duty. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar IO PS Jubbal.

3.    During  last 24 hours 218 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 53,  fine realized Rs. 33,200/- and 11 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1100/-.

1.    Accused i) Sandeep S/o Sh. Ganga Dutt Sharma R/O Village Shigoti, PO Shilaroo, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla age 32 years &  ii) Naveen S/O Sh. Deep Ram R/O Village Kajiwal, PO Shilaroo, Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla, age 24 years, arrested today in case FIR No. 267/18 Dt. 24.09.2018 U/S 21 ND&PS Act at PS West,  are remanded in police custody upto 27.09.2018 by the Ld. Court.

2.    Accused Rahul S/o Lt. Sh. Gulab Singh R/o Village Dochi, PO Nerwa, Tehsil Nerwa, District Shimla, age 19 years, arrested in case FIR No. 111/18 Dt. 18.09.2018 U/S 379 IPC at PS East, is remanded in police custody upto 27.09.2018 by the Ld. Court.
