Crime Report On September 09, 2019.

1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR N0. 46/18 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 08.09.2018 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on The rukka of ASI Chaman Lal Negi I/O PS Nankhari stated therein he alongwith staff conducted a raid on secret information in the Shop of Sh. Govind Ram S/o Late Sh. Janki Dass R/o VPO Sholi, Tehsil Nankhari, Distt Shimla and recovered 08 bottles of country liquor marked as Una No. 1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Chaman Lal Negi I/O PS Nankhari.
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR N0. 202/18 has been registered at PS Sadar on 09.09.2018 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on The rukka of PSI Kiran Kumari I/O PS Sadar stated therein that she alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at cartroad Shimla. During patrolling she recovered 09 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Nikka Ram S/o Sh. Sadhak Ram R/o Dhara Near Krishna Nagar, Shimla-1, HP. The case is being investigated by PSI Kiran Kumari I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 183/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 09.09.2018 U/S 279 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rajeev Kashyap S/O Tej Ram Kashyap R/o Village Aur PO Galani Tehsil Kumar Sain Ditt Shimla alleging therein that his own celerio car bearing No. HP95-0309 was parked near Shiv Mandir Malyana got accident by a Tipper No. HP63A-6671. The case is being investigated by HC Chander Mohan I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla.
4. During last 24 hours 202 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded=104 fine realized Rs. 48,000/- and 20 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,000/-.
