Crime Report on Sept. 20, 2018

1.     A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 264/18 Dt. 19.09.2018 U/S 21 ND&PS Act IPC PS West has been registered on the rukka of ASI Sita Ram, SNCC (FU) Shimla Range CID, HP alleging therein that on 19.09.2018 at about 05-15 PM, during nakabandi/traffic checking at Sangti, one Alto Car No. HP63B-1658 driven by Rahul @ Happy S/o Sh. Mulak Raj R/o Village & PO Gumma, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla, age 26 years, came from Summer Hill side, stopped by them for checking.  During the search, 12 grm. Chitta (Heroin) has been recovered from the Dash Board of above vehicle under his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Raghubir Singh, I/C PP Summer Hill Shimla. 

2.     A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 265/18 Dt. 19.09.2018 U/S 21 ND&PS Act PS West has been registered on the rukka of ASI Dev Raj, I/O PS West Shimla alleging therein that on 19.09.2018 at about 07-00 PM, during patrolling/traffic checking towards Chakkar, Kachighati, Taradevi, Nabha etc. one vehicle No. HP62D-0714 Maruti Alto car alongwith one person namely Rahul Visht S/o Sh. Balam Singh R/o Swadesh Building, Lower Phagli Shimla-4, age 21 years stopped by them for checking about 200 meter ahead from New ISBT, Tutikandi Shimla. During the search, 6.50 Gram Chitta (Heroin), 6 Nos. of rolled 10 Rs. Note, two foil papers & two spoons   recovered from the dashboard of vehicle under the possession of Rahul. The case is being investigated by HC Rajender Kumar No. 59, I/O PS West Shimla.

3.     AN EXCISE ACT: Case Fir No. 212/18 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on today on 20.09.2018 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of P/SI Kiran IO PS Sadar Shimla alliging theirin that today at about 02-30 PM during periling along with staff one person namely Pal Ram S/O Sh. Ram Kishan R/O Gaddikhana Cart Road,  Krishana Nagar  Shimla apprehended by them on Subji Mandi  road & recovered 12 bottles of country Liquor from his possession. The Case is being investigated by P/SI Kiran IO PS Sadar Shimla.

4.     AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 193/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 19.09.2018 U/S 279 337  IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Vipin Mista S/o Sh. Ramesh Chand Mista R/o Village Bhagal, PO Galeha, Tehsil & PS Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that on 19.09.2018 at about 03-00 PM, he was going from HB Colony Sanjauli to his duty at HIM Fed. Petrol Pump at Dewalighat Theog in his Alto Car No. HP63-7706. At about 03-30 PM, as he reached near Chharabra, at the same time a Truck/Tralla came rashly and after rug his car run away from the spot, sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by ASI Sukesh Kumar, I/O PS Dhalli.

5.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 114/18 has been registered at PS East Shimla on 19.09.2018 u/s 279,337,34 IPC on the statement of sh. Sanjiv Gegta S/O Sh. Surinder Gegta R/O Village Hulli, PO Gumma, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla stated therein  that on 19.09.2018 at about 07.15PM one M/Cycle  No.HP63A-2319 driven by Singhi Phunso came rashly with negligent driving and hit a person namely Sh. Karam Chand  who was on the way towards Beolia on foot, sustained injuries to him. The bike rider caught by the local people, in between his two friends namely Abhishek Thakur and Lucky came their and took  his friend Singhi with them. When local people stop them, above both persons scuffled with them. The case is being investigated by HC Mahesh io PP Kasumpati.

6. During  last 24 hours 398 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded=246 fine realized Rs. 62,600/- and 09 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 900/-

1. Accused Rahul @ Happy S/o Sh. Mulak Raj R/o Village & PO Gumma, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla, age 26 years,arrested in case FiR No. 264/18 Dated 19.09.2018 U/S 21 NDPS Act at PS West Shimla, is being produced before Ld Court on today.
2. Accused Rahul Visht S/o Sh. Balam Singh R/o Swadesh Building, Lower Phagli Shimla-4, age 21 years, arrested in case FiR No. 265/18 Dated 19.09.2018 U/S 21 NDPS Act at PS West Shimla, is being produced before Ld Court on today.
