Crime Report On November 06, 2016

1.   An Accident case FIR No 113/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 05.11.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sher Singh Verma S/O Kanwar Singh R/o VPO Kui Teh Rohru Shimla, age 46 years stated therein that on 05.11.2016, he was going to Khadrala with his personal work at about 4.30 PM, he saw that driver Narender S/O Shishu Pal R/O Nalaban PO Khadrala Teh Rohru Distt Shimla reversed the vehicle NO. HP 07-6207 at Khadrala Market negligently and the vehicle rolled down from the road. In this accident two persons namely Sh. Praveen and Sh. Kavi sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ashishi I/O PS rohru.

2.   A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No.188/16 has been registered at PS Theog today on dated  06.11.2016 U/S 341,323,506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Narender Kumar S/O Sh. Abhi Ram R/O Vill. Bhaj, PO Bharana, Tehsil Theog, Shimla alleging therein that on dated 05.11.2016 at about 8.30 PM when he was going to his home, on the way three persons namely Sohan Lal, Pradeep & Lalit obstructed his way and beaten him. The case is being investigated by ASI Lachhi Ram I/C PP Matiyana, PS Theog.

3.   During last 24 hours 254 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 152 & fine realized Rs. 50,900/- & 17 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1700/-.

1.            Deceased Parvinder Singh S/O Sh. Shankar Lal R/O VPO Shoghi Tehsil & Distt Shimla H.P. Age 32 Yrs died due To Fall From Stairs At Shoghi. The Postmortem of the deceased conducted at IGMC Shimla by ASI Partap Singh.

1.    Accused 1. Bhavan S/O Sh. Gorkhu Ram R/O Vill. Sabad, PO Silvadhani, Tehsil Padhar, Distt Mandi, HP & accused 2. Bishavbandu S/O Sh. Tej Ram R/O Vill. Drvahan, PO Nerchowk, Tehsil Balh, Distt Mandi, HP, 3. Naresh Dasta S/O Sh. Khyali Ram R/O Vill. Serti P.O. Malat Tehsil & P.S. Chopal Distt Shimla H.P. Age 27 Yrs. 4. Ankit Jamwal S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Vill. Kunduni P.O. Bassi Tehsil & P.S. J/Nagar Distt. Mandi H.P. Age 24 Yrs were arrested today on 05.11.2016 in Case FIR NO. 262/16 dated 27.10.2016 U/S 341,147,148,149,323,506 IPC, PS West, produced before ld court today where they all have been baled out by the ld court.

2.    Accused  Babu Ram S/O Sh. Matha Ram R/O Vill. Droal, PO Satog, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, aged 39 year has been arrested in Case FIR NO. 107/16 dated 05.11.2016 U/ S 454, 380 IPC at PS East on dated 05.11.2016 at 6.30 PM. He will be produced before ld Court today.
