Crime Report on May 25,2016

  1. A Cheating case FIR No 26/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 24.05.2016 U/S 406,420,467,468 IPC has on the Complaint  of Smt. Vidya Devi D/o Late Sh. Mohan Lal  Aukta R/o Dogridav P/o and Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla stated therein that Smt. Kusamlata and Sh. Surender Singh both husband and wife R/o Village Labrot Tehsil Jubbal intentionally and fraudulently built the false general power of attorney of  complainant. The case is being investigated by  ASI Raj Kumar I/O PS Jubbal.
  2. A Cheating case FIR No 27/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 24.05.2016 U/S 406, 417, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC on the complaint of Sh Manoj Kumar Rohilla S/o Sh. Partap Singh Rohilla R/O H.No. 15585 Street No 4A, Tehsil & District Bhatinda P/o. Hazura Kapura Colony Bhatinda, Punjab-151001 presently residing at Type -1, Set No 16, HPPCL Chouri colony, P/o Jhalta, Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla HP stated therein  that  Azad Kumar Life Insurance Advisor ICICI Prudential Insurance Company, Registered office ICICI Pru Life Towers, 1089, Appasaheb Marathe Marg, Prabhadevi Mumbai-400025 presently working at Branch Office ICICI Bank Prudential Life Insurance Ltd. At Shimla HP requested him to get the Insurance policies from his company in the years 2013-14. After filling the insurance forms complainant deposited Rs. 3,20,000/- in the account of Insurance company and the company assured him to double the money within one year but the said Insurance company  intentionally and fraudulently cheated them. The case is being investigated by I/C PP Sarswati Nagar.
  3. A Cheating case FIR No 102/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 24.05.2016 U/S 420, 467, 468, IPC PS Sadar Shimla on the complaint of Mrs Uma Bhatnagar W/O Lt. Shri S.M. Bhatnagar R/O Ram Bhawan Lakkar Bazar Shimla alleging therein that a person namely Mrs Abha Sharma W/o Sh Rajkumar R/o village Tawat P/o Badari Totu Jubbar Hati road Shimla took money from his husband and told him that she will provide more interest on this money but when his husband died she found that Mrs Abha did cheating with her husband .The case is being investigated by SI Rajneesh I/O PS Sadar.
  4. A Rioting case FIR No 87/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 24.05.2016 U/S 451,146,149,448,504,506 IPC on the complaint of Captain Man Singh Rana HR Manager C&C Company construction  Ltd. Base camp Bagain Chailla alleging therein that on 24.05.2016 A person Mahboob Ali came in his base camp along with four persons and locked all doors of his base camp. He also threatened him and his staff with dire consequences .The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh I/O PP Chailla.
  5. A Burglary case FIR No 86/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 24.05.2016 U/S 457 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Tulsi Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Jai Ram R/o Village Basmol, PO Kyar, Tehsil Theog, Shimla stated therein that some unknown persons has stolen away 04 nos. of Kettledrum (Nagara) of Brass, 04 Nos. of Kettledrum of Copper, 02 drums (Dolak), 02 temple Bells (Ghanti), one Bronze Plate (Thali) & some other utensils from the Sarain of Dom Devta Temple. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand, I/C PP Chhaila.       
  6. A Trespass case FIR No.27/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 24.05.2016 U/S  447,427 IPC on the application of Sh.Shanti Swaroop S/O Sh.Chet Ram Village Kulgaon Tehsil  Chirgaon Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is the owner of Land at Kulgaon. Members of  the society Bhamburai Garh Kulgaon have criminally trespassed in his land and  damaged the apple plants by digging.  The case is being investigated by HC Jaswant Singh I/O in this PS Chirgaon.
  7. A Trespass case FIR No. 88/16 has been registered at PS Theog today on 25.05.2016 U/S 451 323 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ved Prakash Sharma S/o Sh. Prabhudyal R/o Village Dharech, PS Theog, Shimla stated therein that today on 25.05.2016, he went to his apple orchard at Nagpur, where four persons namely Daya Nand, Sunil, Vijay Prakash & Pradeep Kumar have took him in the room of his brother in the vehilce & beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Kumar,  I/O PS Theog.
  8. During last 24 hours 558 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 296 & fine realized Rs. 1,04,900/-, 47 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs 5200/- & 02 challaned under Mining Act.
