- A Burglary case FIR No. 324/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 25.09.2015 U/S 457,380,511,506 IPC on the application of Sh. Pargat Singh Rana S/O Parduman Singh Rana R/o village & PO Behdala Distt. Una alleging therein that he is working as Mushi in P. Krishan Kumar and Company Shop No 12 Subzi Mandi Dhalli Shimla. On the intervening night of 21/22.09.2015, some unknown person has entered in his shop with the intention to theft. After checking the CCTV footage, he found that one person namely Jatinder Singh @ Sonu S/o Sh. Shamsher Singh R/o Village & PO Behadala, Tehsil & Distt. Una has tried to commit the above theft and after that he called on his mobile phone and threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by Desh Raj Guleria SI I/O PS Dhalli.
- A Theft case FIR No. 90/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 25.09.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/o Sh. Mohan Singh R/o Jakharu PO Solang Teh. Jubbal A/P Technician Bharti Infrated Ltd. Rohru alleging therein that some unknown person has stolen 24 cell (battery) of Mobile Tower near Nawlidhar (Andrauthi). The case has been investigation by ASI Gopal Singh, I/O PS Rohru
- During last 24 hours 566 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 06 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total challaned compounded= 281 & fine realized Rs. 82,300/-.
Follow-Up
- Smt. Usha Devi W/o Sh. Surender R/o House No. 2, Labour Hostel Krishna Nagar, Shimla, age 64 years, arrested in case FIR No. 300/15 Dt. 18.09.15 U/S 302,34 IPC at PS Sadar, today sent to judicial remand for 14 days by the trial court.
