Crime Report On July26, 2015.

1.   An Accident case FIR No. 60/15 registered at PS East on dated 26.07.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Smt. Champa Devi W/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Village Dugnu, PO Dhundhan, Tehsil Arki, Distt Solan, presently residing at Pathak Niwas, Lower Chakkar, Boileauganj, Shimla-5 alleging therein that on dated 25.07.2015 when she was at near Timber House, a Bolero bearing No. HP 10A-6779 hit her and she sustained injuries. This incident occurred due to the rash and negligent driving of driver Ajay Thakur.  The case is being investigated by HC Joginder I/O PS East, Shimla.

2.   An Accident case FIR No. 54/15 registered at PS Chirgaon on dated 26.07.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Manjeet S/O sh. Surender R/O VPO Pekha, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that today morning he alongwith Sh. Hardev and Smt. Pawna W/O Sh. Hardev were sit in the Maruti Alto K10 A/F. When they reached near Kochi, driver Munish Kumar lost the control over the vehicle and rolled down from the road. In this accident the three persons sustained injuries and smt. Pawna is not traced out till now. The case is being investigated by HC Puran Chand I/O PS Chirgaon, Shimla.

3.   An Accident case FIR No 79/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri on dated 26-7-2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Bhagat Ram s/o Sh Mani Ram R/O Village Mandhra, PO Ganvi, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla, HP alleged that on dated 25-07-2015 at about 10.45 pm when he was on duty at magzine area one tracter coming from Majhwali to Rattanpur and mat with an accident and rouled down from the road tracter driver Ramesh kumar S/O Sh Rattan dass R/O Village Majhwali sustains injuries . This Accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the Ramesh Kumar above . Case is being investigating by HC Suresh Kumar No 141 I/O PS Jhakri .

4.       An Excise Act case FIR No. 166/15 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 26.07.2015 u/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Lachhmi Singh, I/O PS Sadar stated therein that today on 26.07.2015 at 3.00PM, during patrolling near Ganj Bazar, he recovered 10 bottles of English Wine marked Master Blend from the possession of Goldi S/o Sh. Sadak Ram R/o New Line Labour Hostel, Krishna Nagar, Shimla-1. The case is being investigated by ASI Lachhmi Singh, I/O PS Sadar.

5.       During last 24 hours 435 vehicles challaned under MV Act & 04 Persons challan under smoking act. Total challaned compounded= 290 & fine realized Rs. 66,100/-

1.       Geeta Ram S/o Sh. Dhani Ram R/o Village Damrash, PO Parnu, PS Darlaghat, Tehsil Arki, Distt. Solan arrested in case FIR No. 165/15 dated 24.07.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND& PS Act at PS Sadar, is on police remand upto 27.07.2015.

2.    Sahil S/O SH. Akash Rai R/O VPO, P.S. & Tehsil Jaigav Distt. New Jalpaiguri West Bengal age 27 Yrs has been arrested in case FIR No. 186/15 Dated 26.07.2015 U/S 323,506 IPC P.S. West on dated 26.07.2015 by SI Kulwant Singh at 10-30 AM at IGMC Shimla.
