1. An Accident case FIR No. 103/1 has been registered at PS Theog today on 11.07.2015 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of sh. Bhagat Ram S/O late sh. Chrew R/O Vill. Kathal, PO Sandhu, The. Theog, Distt Shimla alleging therein that today he saw that one pick up no. HP 62C-1595 met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of sh. Rakesh Kumar and rolled down from the road. In this accident one person namely Naresh Kumar S/O sh. Shiv Ram R/O Vill. Kathal, PO Sandhu, The. Theog, Distt Shimla died on the spot and dvr. Rakesh Kumar and Krishan Lal sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by Addl. SHO/SI Garib Dass PS Theog.
2. An Accident Case FIR No 149/15 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 11-7-15 U/S 279, 337 IPC in this PS on the Statement of Sh. Surinder S/O Sh. Abhi Ram R/O thakur Niwas Padchi PO. AG Shimla Tehsil & Distt. Shimla A/P Shopkeeper Daily Needs Padechi Age 42 alleging therein that on dt. 10-7-15 at 5.15 PM when Sh. Jitender Start his Car No. HP. 03-D-1509 the Said car rolled down app. 100 ft from the road due to rash & negligent driving of sh. Jitender. In this accident sh. Kamlesh Kumar sustained injuries.
3. During last 24 hours 153 vehicles challaned under MV Act, 6 persons challaned under smoking act and 2 challan under mining act. Total challan compound 161 and fined realized Rs. 29,600.00.
