CRIME REPORT 30 DECEMBER

1. An Accident  Case FIR No. 262/13 is registered at PS West on 30-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the report of  Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Mansa Ram R/o Vill. Bethwa, PO Chhatri, Teh. Thunag, Distt. Mandi, alleging therein that on 30-12-13 a Truck No. HR38Q-8381 hit his vehicle Truck No. HP64-1660 near Tutikandi and also  ran away. This accident occurred due to negligence and rash driving by Truck Driver of HR38Q-8381. In this accident driver Ajit Kumar got injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sushil Kumar, I/O PP Jutogh.

2. During last 24 hours 166 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 12 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 31,300/-.
