CRIME REPORT 25 DECEMBER

  1. An Excise a case  FIR No. 185/13 is registered at PS Theog on 24-12-13 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the report of PSI Sanjeev Kumar, I/O PS Theog that on the secret information of one person he recovered 56 boxes of country Liquor Marka Rasila Santra & 7 Boxes of English Wine from the illegal possession of Kewal Ram S/o Sh. Moti Ram R/o VPO Ghund, Teh. Theog, Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by PSI Sanjeev Kumar, I/O PS Theog.

  2. An Accident FIR No. 194/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 25-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh.  Balwant Negi S/o Sh. Tara Chand Negi  R/o Vill. Rattanpur, Teh. Rampur, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 25-12-10 at about  11.45 AM a A/F Mahendera Maximo  hit a  person namely Jagdish Chand S/o Kumbh Dass R/o VPO Kinnu, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla. This accident occurred due to negligence and rash driving of driver Ishwar Dass Happy R/o Vill. Satangidhar, Tehsil Nirmand, Distt. Kullu. The case is being investigated by HC Shashi Bhushan I/O TTR Rampur.

  3. An Unlawfully Assembled case FIR No 239/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 24-12-13 U/S 143,188 IPC & 109,110 Police Act on the report of SI Jai Nand I/O PS Sadar that on 24-12-13 at about 2.15 PM some BJP workers assembled  unlawfully shouted Slogans against M.C Shimla and HP Govt.  The case is being investigated by SI Jai Nand I/O P.S Sadar.

  4. A Burglary Case FIR No. 4/13 is registered at PS Sunni on 25-12-13 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Prakash Chand S/o late Sh. Devi Ram R/o Vill. Kadog, PO Basantpur, Distt. Shimla at present Vice President Gram Panchyat Basantpur,  alleging therein that people of village Kadog left 10 Gas Cylinder for refilling in his Godown.  On 25.12.13 when he reached in the shop found that some unknown person has been broken the lock of the Store and stolen away 10 Gas Cylinder. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Sunni.

  5. During last 24 hours 164 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 07 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. & 01 challaned under Police Act.  The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 38,200/-.
