Crime Report on August 31, 2018

1.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 45/18 has been registered at PS Sunni on 31.08.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Babu Ram S/o Sh. Maadu Ram R/o Village Nai Garla PO Kothipura Tehsil & PS Sadar Bilaspur, Distt. Bilaspur stated therein that today, he was travelling in Truck No. HP64A-6047. when they reached at Jashi, above truck met with an accident and rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Truck driver. In this accident, he sustained injuries and Truck driver run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Krishan, I/O PS Sunni.

2.  ATTEMPT TO MURDER: Case FIR No. 85/18 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 30.08.2018 U/S 307 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Monu S/o Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Village Baghi PO & Tehsil Chirgaon, District Shimla stated therein that on 30.08.2018 at about 01-15 PM, his cousin Arjun informed him telephonically that when he reached near Baghi, two unknown persons forcibly given him some intoxicated substance with the intention to kill him. The case is being investigated by ASI Achhar Singh, I/O PS Chirgaon. 

3.  A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 194/18 has been registered at PS Sadar on 30.08.2018 U/S 451 323 504 34 IPC PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Murari Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Jamuna Singh R/o Quarter No. GT-26, Railway Colony, Shimla alleging therein that on 30.08.2018 at about 11-30 AM, when he was present outside Railway Colony in the veranda, at the same time two persons namely Vishal alongwith his servant Sanju came there and forcibly pulled him towards Railway line and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Kishore, I/O PS Sadar Shimla.

3.    Accused Sanoj Kumar S/o Sh. Chander Pal R/o Ruldu Bhatta, Lakkar Bazar, Shimla, age 34 years arrested in case FIR No. 195/18 Dt. 30.08.2018 U/S 353 IPC PS Sadar, Shimla is being produce before the Ld. Court.

Crime Report on August 30, 2018

1.    AN EXCISE ACT case FIR No. 90/18 Dt. 29.08.2018 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Jhakri on the rukka of SHO PS Jhakri alleging therein that during patrolling along with staff, one person namely Vikram Chauhan S/o Jawher Chauhan R/o Vill. Snarsa PO kartot Tehsil Rampur Distt.Shimla apprehended by them and recovered 10 bottles of country liquor. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Jhakri.

2.    AN EXCISE ACT case FIR No. 244/18 dated 30.08.2018 u/s 39(1) A HP Excise Act has been registered at PS West on the rukka of ASI Vijay Kumar I.O. PS West alleging therein that today during patrolling along with staff he intercepted one person namely Prem Dass S/o Sh. Saran Dass R/o Vill Khaniyara PO Sidhasani Tehsil Chirgaon at Shoghi Bazzar and recovered 08 bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Vijay Kumar I.O PS West.

3.    AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 107/18 dated 30.08.2018 u/s 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS East on the statement of Mr. Rahul Viswas S/o Sh. Ranjak Viswas working as a driver in HP 62A-1426. On dated 29-08-2018 he loaded the apple in truck from Matyana to Raybareli Utter Pardesh. About 01-25 AM when he reached near Talland one car No. PB11AB-0108 came rashly and negligently and collide with truck. In this accident the driver of Vehicle Devinder Singh and another person Banti sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Rajneesh I.O PS East.

4.    AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 173/18 dated 30.08.2018 u/s 279,337,304A IPC has been registered at PS Dhalli on the rukka of SI Hans Raj I.O PS Dhalli alleging therein that during night on 29-08-2018 due to rash and negligent driving of driver of Vehicle No. MP07HB-9155 (Truck) came towards theog an accident occurred at Hasan Valley  Dhalli. In this accident one vehicle No. HP52A-4977 damaged badly and Manoj Kumar driver of this vehicle died on the spot and Sandeep Kumar and Truck driver Gurdeep Singh sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SI Hans Raj I.O PS Dhalli.

5.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 192/18 has been registered at PS Sadar on 29.08.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Kumar R/o Village Paneha, PO Poabo, Shimla alleging therein that on 29.08.2018, at about 06-55 PM, he was coming to State Bank from Hotel Radisson on foot. On the way, one car No. HP06B-1220 negligently moved his vehicle towards backside and hit him, sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by SI Mandan Lal, I/C PP Lakkar Bazar.

6.    AN ACCIDNET case FIR No. 243/18 dated 30.08.2018 u/s 279,337 IPC at PS West on the statement of Sh. Yogesh Chandel S/o Sh. Changu Ram R/o Chandel Niwas Lower Chakkar Shimla stated therein that he is driver in vehicle No. HP07D-0905. Today around 09-50 AM when he was going to Chakker Court and reached at HPPWD store at the same time one vehicle No. HP11-2980 came rashly and negligently towards Tavi mod and hit his vehicle. In this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Amrinder I.O PS West.

7.    During last 24 hours 540 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded=174 fine realized Rs. 84,700/- and 20 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2000/-.

Crime Report on August 29, 2018

1.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 115/18 has been registered at PS Rampur on 28.08.2018 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Ravinder Lal I/O PS Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that on 28.08.2018 at about 11-45 PM, during patrolling along with staff, he found that some persons are making nuisance in the house of Tenzin Ram S/o Sh. Tashi Ram R/o Village Choling, PO Hago, Tehsil Pooh, Distt. Kinnaur at Bhadrash. During the search, 11 Bottles of Country liquor has been recovered from the possession of Tenzin Ram.  The case is being investigated by SI Ravinder Lal, I/O PS Rampur.   

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 45/18 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 28.08.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Dharmender Kumar S/o Sh. Mast Ram R/o Village Bareli PO Dalraghat Tehsil Arki District Solan, age 30 years stated threin that on 28.08.2018, he along with Vishal Bhardwaj S/o Sh. Surender Kumar R/o Village & PO Arki, Distirct Solan, was travelling in car No. HP11A-7172 (Swift), driven by Harish Kumar S/o Sh. Makha Ram R/o Village & PO Darlaghat, Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan. At about 09-15 PM, when they reached Nalaban, above car met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Harish Kumar, Sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated ASI Chaman Lal Negi, I/O PS Nankhari. 

3.    A DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT case FIR No. 240/18 dated 29-08-2018 u/s 3 PDP act & 424,426 IPC has been registered at PS west on the complaint of Sh. Govind Ram, clerk in the department of computer science in HP University Summerhill Shimla alleging therein that on 28-04-2018 Mr. Dharam pal research scholar tore the attendance register and also taken away some pages of attendance register. The case is being investigated by HC Mehar Singh I.O PS West.

4.    A DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT case FIR No. 26/18 dated 29.08.2018 u/s 3 PDP Act has been registered at PS Kupvi on the complaint of Layak Ram S/o Manghat Ram VPO Nakoda Pul Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla alleging therein that the construction work of road from Kupvi to Deiya is under progress. The department of PWD and contractor Yashwant Diwan has not thrown the debris on dumping site due to which 56 trees of Kayal and 200 no.s of slipper buried into the soil. The case is being investigated by ASI Subhash Chand I.O PS Kupvi.

Crime Report on August 28, 2018

1.     A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 114/18 has been registered at PS Rampur on 28.08.2018 U/S 20, 29 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Amar Singh, I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that on 27.08.2018 at about 11-30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff on NH-05, three persons namely i) Roshan Lal S/o Sh. Pune Ram R/o Village Jarot, PO Jaon, Tehsil Nirmand, Distt. Kullu, age 24 years, ii) Gulshan Thakur S/o SH. Roop Singh R/o Village Bahwa PO Jadoli Tehsil Nirmand, Distt. Kullu,  age 20 years & iii) Ritesh S/o Sh. Om Prakash R/o Village Ghunti PO Tunan  Tehsil Nirmand Distt. Kullu , age 23 years have been intercepted by them near Khaneri and Recovered  1.815 Kg. Charas  from their possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Singh, I/O PS Rampur.

2.     CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST: Case FIR No. 89/18 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 27.08.2018 U/S 407 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rakesh Mehta S/o Sh. Gian Mehta R/o Village Badagaon, PO Bhutti Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla alleging therein that he is the owner of vehicle No. HP63-6327 (TATA) and depute one person namely Pathan @ Sanju R/o Bajaura, Distt. Kullu as driver in this vehicle. On 21.08.2018, he loaded the apple boxes in his truck and send to Chandigarh for sale.  On 24.08.2018, after sold apple, his driver Gamu @ Pathan collected the payment amounting to Rs. 34,000/-. On 25.08.2018, his Truck found parked near Petrol Pump at Narkanda and driver Gamu @ Pathan run away alongwith cash. The case is being investigated by HC Dev Raj, I/O PP Narkanda.

Crime Report on August 27, 2018

1.    A GAMBLING ACT: Case FIR No. 170/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 27.08.2018 U/S 3,4,6 The Public Gambling Act on the rukka of HC Yogesh, I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla alleging therein that during the last night, on the secret information he along with staff of PS Dhalli & SIU Team, conducted raid in the flat of Sh. Vikram Singh S/o Sh. Prabhu Dayal R/o Brahmeshwar Niwas, Bhattakuffer, Dhalli Shimla and apprehended 10 persons playing gambling with cards and seized Rs. 1,75,010/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Yogesh, I/O PS Dhalli.  

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 113/18 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 27.08.2018 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Chaman Lal S/o Sh. Ram Dayal R/o Village Shalog PO Bayuni Tehsil Nirmand District Shimla, HP alleging therein that on 26.08.2018 at about 09-45 PM, one car No. HP35-001, came rashly with negligent driving towards Rampur from Sainj side and hit Pick-Up No. HP35-3937 near Bhadrash on NH-05 and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Narender, I/O PS Rampur. 

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 89/18 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 26.08.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/o Sh. Pal Singh R/o Village Nane PO Jeori Tehsil Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that on 26.08.2018 at about     02-30 PM, one Maruti Car No. HP58A-0171, which was coming from Bistour, met with an accident at Bastour Link Road and rolled down 30/40 meter from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Balak Ram S/o Sh. Har Sukh R/o Village & PO Nathpa, Tehsil Nichar, District Kullu, sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Manoj, I/O PP Jeori (Jhakri).

4.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 98/18 has been registered at PS Chopal on 26.08.2018 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Kuldeep Jhagta S/o Lt. Sh. Mohi Ram R/o Village & PO Banta, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla alleging therein that on 26.08.2018 at about 05-30 PM, a Tipper No. HP08A-2817, met with an accident at Bamta and rolled down in deep gorge. In this accident, two persons namely Prakash Bahadur, age 32 years & Nar Bahadur, age 35 years died on the spot and two persons namely Haneef  Mohd. (Driver) and Ramesh Chamta R/o Village Shangroli, age 45 years, sustained injuries and referred to IGMC Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Virender, I/O PS Chopal.

5.    A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 99/18 has been registered at PS Chopal today on 27.08.2018 U/S 420 467 468 471 IPC on the complaint of SDM Chopal alleging therein that a communication was received by this office from RTO Uttrakashi regarding issue of NOC for Bike No. HP17C-2760 registered in name of Sh. Bharat Bhushan S/o Sh. Ramesh Mokta R/o Village & PO Nerwa, Shimla. On the inspection of NOC it was seen that the RC holder and associated staff of his office prepared forged NOC of above vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Virender Singh, I/O PS Chopal.   

6.    During last 24 hours 415 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded=104 fine realized Rs. 41,200/-, 14 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1400/- and 01 Challaned under Mining Act & fine Realized Rs. 7,500/-.

Crime Report on August 26, 2018

1.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 169/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 26.08.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vidya Sagar Sharma S/o Sh. Ramesh Chand Sharma R/o Hari Niwas, Cemetery Road, Sanjauli, Shimla alleging therein that on 25.08.2018 between 06-00 PM to 07-00 PM, he alongwith his family was going to home from Dhalli on foot. When they were crossing Cemetery Tunnel, at the same one bicycle rider namely Sachin S/o Sh. Gian Chand came rashly with negligent driving and after hitting his son Akshit, run away from the spot. In this accident, his son sustained grievous injury. The case is being investigated by HC Chander Mohan, I/O PS Dhalli.

2.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 88/18 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 26.08.2018 U/S 279 304A IPC on the complaint of Sh. Maheshwar Lal Verma S/o Sh. Mool Raj Verma R/o Village Banahari PO Shiwan Tehsil Kumarsain District Shimla alleging therein that on 25.08.2018 at about 11-00 PM, one vehicle No. HP63-3419 met with an accident and rolled down frokm the road at a curve on Kingal to Badagaon Road due to rash & negligent driving of Sh. Prem Sukh Verma S/o Lt. Sh. Daulat Ram Verma R/o Prdushah PO Kotla PS Kumarsain, Shimla and died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Susheel, I/O PS Kumarsain.

3.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 60/18 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 26.08.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sant Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Relu Ram R/o Village & PO Irra, Tehsil Nerwa, Distt. Shimla, age 62 years alleging therein that today on 26.08.2018, he alongwith driver Anil @ Anu S/o Sh. Rai Singh R/o Village & PO Irra, Tehsil Nerwa, Shimla were loading stones in Bolero-Camper No. HP63-1361. At about 11-30 AM,  when driver Anil @ Anu was turning back, above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down 150 meter from the road, sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Sant Ram, I/O PS Nerwa.

4.  A GREIVOUS INJURY: Case FIR No. 177/18 has been registered at PS Theog on 25.08.2018 U/S 323 325 IPC in which complainant alleged that one Sh. Jog Raj S/o Lt. Sh. Nand Lal R/o Village Gadali, usually tortured her for the last one years. On 22.08.2018, when she was taking the cylinder, above person Jog Raj who was already sit inside Cylinder’s vehicle, started to quarrel with her and threatened with dire consequences. On this, when she alongwith her brother-in-law Narayan Dutt, was going to file her complaint in PP Matiana, Jog Raj again quarreled with her alongwith her Brother-in-law and pushed them from the bus, sustained grievous to her. The case is being investigated by HC Pramod, I/O PP Matiana (Theog).

Crime Report on August 25, 2018

1.    AN ASSAULT ON GOVT. SERVANT DURING DISCHARGE HIS DUTY case FIR No. 87/18 Dt. 25.08.18 U/S 353 307 IPC PS Kumarsain alleging therein that on 25.08.2018, when Police staff was on Nakabandi near Atul Sharma Petrol Pump, road bifurcate towards Luhri. they got a secret information that one person namely Pappu S/o Sh. Mohan Lal R/o Village Shani, PO Tandi, Tehsil Nithar, PS Anni, Distt. Kullu was involved in illegal trading of narcotics drugs Chitta/heroin around the Rampur & Kumarsain area and today he was coming from Delhi in his vehicle No. HP30-4707 (TUV). At about 09-05 PM, above vehicle No. HP30-4707 (TUV), comes towards Sainj and they tried to stop the above vehicle. But the driver of above vehicle namely Pappu S/o Sh. Mohan Lal, drive the car rashly and turned his vehicle towards him with the intention to kill him during performing their govt. duty and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by Insp./SHO PS Kumarsain.

2.    AN EXCISE Act case FIR No. 44/18 dated 24.08.2018 u/s 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Sunni on the rukka of ASI Dilu Ram I.O PS Sunni alleging therein that on 24-08-2018 around 05-00 PM during patrolling along with staff near Dhesar one person namely Lal Singh S/o Sh. Ishwer Singh R/o Vill Dalog Tehsil Dhami apprehended by them and recovered 10 bottles of Country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Dilu Ram PS Sunni.

3.     A GREVIOUS INJURY case FIR NO. 121/18 dated 25-08-2018 u/s 325, 34 IPC has been registered at PS Rohru on the statement of Prem Bhadur S/o Sh. Sheti Ram A/p C/o Yash Pal building Makhinala Tehsil Rohru stated therein that on 23-08-2018 when he was coming from Patsari to Rohru in Vehicle No. HP 10A-3614 and reached near New PNB Rohru at the same time one person namely Naveen Chauhan and one another person scuffled with him and beaten him brutally and he sustained injuries. After that he was medically examined at CH Rohru and medical officer Rohru opined that he sustained grievous injuries in this incident. The case is being investigated by HC Amit Kumar I.O PS Rohru.

4.     AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 176/18 dated 25-08-2018 u/s 279,337,304A IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered at PS Theog on the statement of Sh. Shambu S/o Dagi Ram C/o Lal Singh S/o late Sh. Karam Singh R/o Vill Kachi PO Kathog Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla stated therein that today around 10-15 AM when he alongwith Shyam Singh was present near Dehanghati Theog and Shyam Singh was crossing the road at the same time one motorcycle came rashly and negligently towards Thoeg and hit him. In this accident Shyam Singh died at CH Theog. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of motorcycle rider Rakesh S/o Mathu Ram R/o Vill Baloha Tehsil Theog. The case is being investigated by HC Parmod I.O  PP Matiyana, PS Theog.

5.  During last 24 hours 361 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded=136 fine realized Rs. 57,000/- and 19 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2000/-.

Crime Report On August 24, 2018.

1.       AN ND&PS Act: Case FIR No. 187/18 Dt. 23.08.18 U/S 15,18,29 ND&PS Act has been registered at PS Sadar, on the rukka of ASI Mangat Ram, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla alleging therein that on 23.08.2018 at about 10-20 PM, during Nakabandi along with staff at Khulla More, one vehicle No. HP24A-2254 stopped by them for checking. During the search of vehicle,  50 gram Churapost (Bhukki) & 100 gram Opium has been recovered from the possession of two persons namely Vishal Chandel (driver) S/o Sh. Sher Singh Chandel R/o Village & PO Lakhan Pur Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Bilaspur, age 38 years & Ajay Kumar S/o Sh. Madan Lal R/o Village Nal, PO Raghunathpura Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Bilaspur, age 24 years. Above both accused have been arrested by the police and the case is being investigated by ASI Mangat Ram, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.

2.       AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 112/18 dated 23.08.2018 U/S 279, 337, 187 MV act has been registered at PS Rampur on the statement of Sh. Pritam Singh S/o Sh. Sunder Singh R/o Village Chandpur PO Kotla Tehsil Rampur District Shimla, HP alleging therein that on 23.08.2018 at about 01-15 PM, an unknown car hit his daughters-in-law Deepika & Trisah on National Highway near Gaura, sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated by HC Hukkam Lal, I/O PP City Rampur. 

3.       AN ACCIDNET case FIR No. 44/18 dated 24.08.2018 u/s 279,337,304A IPC has been registered at PS Nankhari on the statement of Sh. Neeraj S/o Sh. Ram Lal R/o Vill. Danawali Tehsil Nankhari Shimla stated therein that in  the intervening night of 23/24-08-2018, he alongwith i) Suresh Kumar S/o Sh. Dhyan Singh age 35 years, ii) Neeraj Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Lal, age 25 years iii) Ashish @ Ram Lal S/o Sh. Moti Ram, age 25 years, iv) Surender S/o Sh. Sita Ram, age 30 years & v) Dalip Kumar S/o Sh. Prem Singh, age 26 years, v) Hem Chand S/o Shanu Ram, age 27 years & vi) Sunder S/o Sh. Diwan Chand, R/o Age 32 years, was coming to home in Bolero camper No. HP03D-0499. When they reached near Khaloot (Dhona), above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down 150/200 meter from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Suresh Kumar. In this accident four persons namely Ashish @ Ram Lal, Surender, Dalip Kumar & Hem Chand died on the spot and another three sustained injuries. The case is being investigated ASI Chaman Lal Negi, I/O PS Nankhari. 

4.       During last 24 hours 462 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded=159 fine realized Rs. 78,800/- and 16 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1700/-.

FIRE INCIDENT:

      Today i.e. on 24.08.2018 at about 08-AM, a fire incident took place in the house of Sh. Moti Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Bhawa Ram R/o Village Thaiwari PO Tangnu Tehsil Chirgaon, District Shimla, due to leakage of Gas cylinder. In this incident, house hold articles and jewellery amounting to Rs. 10/15 lacs have been destroyed due to fire.

1.    AN EXCISE Act case FIR No. 105/18 dated 22.08.2018 u/s 39 HP Excise Act at PS East, Shimla on the rukka of ASI Prem Singh I.O PP Kasumpti alleging therein that on 22-08-2018 when he was on patrolling along with staff he received a secret information and raided the shop of Daulat Ram S/o Sh. Shalku Ram at Lower Vikas Nagar and recovered 12 bottles of Country Liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Singh I/O PP Kasumpti Shimla.

2.  AN EXCISE Act case FIR No. 175/18 dated 22.08.2018 u/s 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Theog on the rukka of ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Phagu alleging therein that on 22.08.2018 during patrolling along with staff he received a secret information and raided the house of Kapil S/o Sh. Paras Ram Vill Nahol PO Satog Tehsil Theog and recovered 60 bottles of Country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Phagu Theog.

3.    AN EXCISE Act case FIR No. 120/18 dated 22.08.2018 u/s 39 HP Excise Act at PS Rohru on the rukka of ASI Visesh Kumar I/C PP City Rohru alleging therein that on 22.08.2018 during patrolling along with staff one Pick Up No. HP10-3614 stopped by them for checking and during the search he recovered 06 boxes of country liquor from the possession of Dvr. Padam Thapa S/o Hasi bhadur R/o Badola gali Coshi Rampur Mohala Kotdawar Distt. Podigadwal Uttrakhand. The case is being investigated by ASI Visesh Kumar I.C PP City Rohru.

4.    AN EXCISE Act case FIR No. 25/18 dated 23.08.2018 u/s 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Kupvi on the rukka of ASI Subhash Chand I.O PS Kupvi alleging therein that today during patroliing along with staff one person namely Mangal Singh S/o Sh. Lagnu Ram R/o Vill. Mashat PO Jubbli Tehsil Kupvi apprehended by them and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor. The case is being investigated by ASI Subhash Chand I.O PS Kupvi.

5.    AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 97/18 dated 22.08.2018 u/s 279, 304A IPC has been registered at PS Chopal on the statement of Sh. Mohinder Singh stated therein that one Motorcycle No. HP08A-2269 met with an accident and rolled down into deep trench at Kiari Nala. In this accident three persons namely i) Ram Lal S/o Sh. Daulat Ram R/o Village Gorva, PO Sarain Tehsil & PS Copal, age 30 years ii) Krishan Devi W/o Sh. Ram Lal, age 28 years and iii) Nisha D/o Sh. Surat Singh R/o Village Banah Tehsil Kupvi, Shimla, age 23 years died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Virender, I/O PS Chopal.  

6.    AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 69/18 dated 23.08.2018 u/s 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Jubbal on the statement of Sh. Jaswant S/o Sh. Urjan Singh R/o Vill. Sari Basa PO Devidhar tehsil Chirgaon stated therein that he was coming from Parwanoo for Rohru in his vehicle No. HP 10A-4043 and when he reached at Paraht Puj near Hatkoti one Alto Car No. HP 10A-4043 came rashly and negligently and hit his vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O  PP Sarsawati Nagar PS Jubbal.
