Crime Report On 13 January 2016

1.         An Accident case FIR No 04/16 has been registered at PS Theog  today on 13.01.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Amit Kumar S/o Sh Ramesh Thakur P/O Malodi Tehsil Theog District Shimla  alleging therein that  today he was coming from  Shilaru along with Anil S/o Hira Singh Chandel, Abhishek  S/o Sh Hem Singh in Vehicle No HP-09A-4503. When they reached near  Mahori driver Anil lost control over the vehicle and vehicle rolled down from the road. In this  accident all person sustained injuries .The case is being investigating by HC Ashok I/O PS Theog.

2.       An Accident case  FIR No. 05/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 12.01.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of  Sh  Khajana Ram S/o Sh Jogal Ram R/o  village Banwal  P/o Galoh Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi alleging therein that on 12.01.2015 when he alongwith his son Pushp Raj and relatives Padam and Tika Ram was going toward bemloi on foot and reached near Hotel HHH at the same time one  vehicle No HP03C-2111 came rashly from backside and hit them. In this accident all persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Mohinder I.O PS Sadar

3.       During last 24 hours 226 vehicles challaned under M.V Act. Total challan compounded= 79 & fine realized Rs 35,300/-

Proceeding U/s 174 Crpc

1.           Deceased Dilshad Ahmad  S/o Ramjaan Ahmad R/o VPO Kaswa Madawan Tehsil & Distt Bijnaor UP, who was missing w.e.f. 10.01.2016, found dead on the bank of Sutlej river in the jurisdiction of PS Rampur.  His dead body has been kept in mortuary at MGMSC Khaneri for autopsy.

Deceased Sunder Singh S/o Bansh Ram  R/o village Baswat P/o Dhar Chanana Tehsil Kupvi victim of case FIR No 52/15 U/S 285 337 PS Nerwa  has been died at IGMC Hospital Shimla . After autopsy at IGMC Shimla his dead body handed over to his relatives for cremation.

1.         Accused  Susheel Kumar S/o Sh  Bhaim Singh R/o   Village Sandasu Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla HP Age 24 years arrested in case FIR NO 35/12 Dt.  31.05.12 U/S  380 ,411 IPC at PS Chirgaon realised on bail by the trial court.

2.        Accused. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh Tulku Ram R/O Village Denghati PO Kelvi Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla age 24 years arrested in case FIR 307/15 Dt. 10.9.15 U/S 26,41,42 IF Act & 379 IPC at PS Dhalli, is on police remand up to 14-01.2016.
