Crime Report On 08 January 2016

1.         A Fire Incident case FIR No. 03/16 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 08-01-2016  U/S 436,427 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sushil Sood S/o Late Sh. Durga Dass Karol R/o Durga Niwas Mashobra at present tenant 114/2 2^nd Floor Lower Bazaar Shimla stated therein that today at about 02-30 AM some unknown person mischievously  fired in the house of his landlord with Petrol.  In this incident the buildings of his land lord & Paras Ram Radhey Shyam and shops of Raj Kumar, Sh. Brij Mohan and  Kahan Chand burnt due to Fire. The case is being investigated by Insp. Sanjeev Kumar SHO PS Sadar

2.       An Accident case FIR No.03/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on  07-01-16  U/S 279 IPC &187 MV Act on the Application  of Sh.  Vikram Guleria S/0 Sh.P.S Guleria R/O Ward no.6 Rampur Distt.Shimla alleging therein that on 07-01-2016 a vehicle No. HP06A-5582 came rashly and hit his car No HP28A-3030. The case is being investigating  by HC Rajesh Kumar I/O PP City Rampur.

3.       An Accident case FIR No. 02/16 has been registered at PS Chopal on 07-01-16 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/o Sh Ramesh Chand R/O VILL Chilla VPO and Tehsil Chopal stated therein that on 07-01-16 one vehicle No. HP08A-1658 met with an accident and rolled down from the road near Dimo due to rash and negligent driving of driver. The case is being investigated by HC Dinesh Kumar I.O PS Chopal.

4.       During last 24 hours 144 vehicles challaned under M.V Act.  Total challan compounded= 40 & fine realized Rs 24,400/-

Proceeding U/s 174 Crpc

1.           Deceased Chankha Bhadur Oli @ Chankey Pandey S/o Sh. Lal Singh Oli R/o Vill Fukru PO & Tehsil Shimli Distt. Rukum Aanchal  Nepal age about 35 years at present C/o Ishwar Dass Rawat Vill Sawara Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla died due to hyperthermia on the bank of Pabbar river. The autopsy of deceased has been conducted by M.O. PHC Sawara and dead body handed over to Bhim Bhadur Oli neighbour of deceased .

2.        Deceased Navtaj Singh S/o Sh. Jodh Singh R/o A-582, Sarita Vihar New Delhi at present C/o House No.-107 Phase-II, Sector-3, New Shimla age-65 who was under treatment due to illness at IGMC Shimla died during treatment. The proceeding u/s 174 Crpc is being conducted by HC Inder Singh I.O PS New Shimla.

Nafhij R/o Village Village & Ps Khatoli Distt. Mujhafarnagar UP AGE 23 year arrested in case FIR No. 01/2016 on 01-01-2016 U/S 457,380,511,427,34 IPC at PS Theog is on Police remand upto 10-01-2016

2.       Accused Karam Singh@Ashok Kumar @ Sycko S/O Late Sh. Surender Singh R/O T-042/B Railway Colony Nabha Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 269/15 U/S 457,380,34 IPC at PS West Shimla, is on Police remand upto 11.01.2016.
