1. An Excise Act case FIR NO 51/2014 dt.07-11-2014 U/S 39 HP EX.ACT has been registeredin PS Jhakri on the rukka of ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri . He aligning there in that on 07-11-2014 time about 06:15 pm when he was on patrolling duty along with staff at Raheri market Jhakri, in the mean time he has received a secret information that one lady person namely Tema w/o Sh Tashi Lama R/O Sidhache P.O Sermaya Tehsil & Distt. Sindhupal odda No 6 Nepal A/P bus stand Jhakri Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla (H.P) is sailing illegal local wine at large scale at her house without any legal permit. On this information ASI made a raiding party at the spot. During search operation by the raiding party recovered 3750 ML illicit wine from her house. Thus a lady person Tema sold & put of illegal wine at their house came into the crime of u/s 39 HP EX. ACT. Case has been investigated by ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri.
2. A Theft Case FIR NO 148/14 dated 7.11.2014 u/s 457,380 IPC PS Dhalli has been registered on the written complaint of Sh. Rakesh Ahuja Rohini Enterprises Broadview Hotel Sanjauli who alleged that he was out of station w.e.f 25.10.14 to 5.11.14. When he came back to Shimla, it came to his notice that theft has taken place in his godown in his absence. He found 14 pieces of Tillers Extra Power, XPW750T and one piece of XPW750H, 5 pieces of Honda EK650 generators have been theft by someone, Total price of stolen articles Rs 5,45,423/-.The case is being investigated by Ashish Samuel I/C PP Sanjauli.
3. A Theft case FIR NO 124/14 dated. 07.11.14 u/s 379 IPC PS Rohroo has been registered on the application of Sh. Govind Singh S/o Sh. Baldev Singh R/o vill. Sithroti Tehsil Rrohru alleged that he parked his motor cycle pulsur No. 150 No. HP10 A-3768 from Samoli near Govt. Sr. Sec. school Samoli. On dated 07.11.14 at 8 am when he reached at parked point where he has parked his above Moter Cycle he saw that his above motor cycle not found there. Above motor Cycle has been stoln by some one on 06/07/2014 in intervening night. case has being investigation by HC Parkash chand no. 212 I/o Ps Rohru.
4. During last 24 hours 150 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total challan were compound= 51 and fine realize Rs. 23500/-
