A Burglary case FIR NO.218/14 has been registered at PS Sadar on 25-11-14 U/S 454,380,427 on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Kishor Dy. Registrar (JB) HP High Court Shimla alleging therein that four Geezers, 8/9 tap, bathroom towel and rod has been found at the road besides the quarter at House No. 4 Harvington Estate Shimla which is allotted by Hon'ble high court. After the inspection of these quarters the symbols of damage and take away the property of Bungalow are found with the intention of theft. The case is being investigated by I/C PP Lakkar Bazar.
A Voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons case FIR No. 229/14 is registered at PS West on 26.11.2014 U/S 323,324,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mohinder Singh S/o Late Sh. Jamna Dass Chandel Vill Ghandal PO Shakrah Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 25-11-2014, he was painting on the bench, outside his home. At the same time his elders brother Narinder Kumar came there and beaten him with threatened to dire consequences. After medical examination Medical officer opined injury with sharp weapon to complainant. The case is being investigated by HC Yog Raj I/O PP Dhami.
During last 24 hours 284 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 01 Challan under Mining Act. Total challan compound= 176 and fine realize Rs. 60,180/-
