Crime Report 28 November, 2014

1. A Burglary case FIR No. 132/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on 27.11.2014 U/S 381 IPC, on the application of Sh. Vivek Thakur S/o Sh. Vijay Singh Thakur R/o Village Sekhal, PO Dhadigunsa, Tehsil Rohru, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that his driver namely Sh. Sukhdev S/o Sh. Pyare Lal R/o Village Behal, Tehsil Shri Naina Devi Ji, Distt. Bilaspur was driving his J.C.B. Machine. He left the above JCB machine without any intimation to him and taken away some parts of JCB machine/fuel i.e. 50 liter engine oil, Air filter, diesel filter, engine oil filter, water supply filter etc. from the JCB machine. . The case is being investigated by HC Chet Ram, I/O PS Rohru.

2. A Criminal Trespass case FIR No. 233/14 is registered at PS West on 27.11.2014 U/S 447, 427,506,34 IPC on the application of Sh. Inder Singh Verma S/o Sh. Ram Saran R/o Village Keer, PO Anji Brahmna, Via Kandaghat, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 26.11.2014 at about 09-00 PM, Ram Bhaj, Jagdish, Suresh, Parmesh Chand entered in his land illegally alongwith JCB machine and destroy the crops and threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Laiq Ram, I/O PS West.

3. A Fire Incident case FIR No. 234/14 has been registered at PS West on the complaint of Sh. Gaurav Gupta S/o Sh. Raj Kumar Gupta R/o Gupta Niwas Near Balwant Cottage, near Villa Summer Hill Shimla A/p Shopkeeper Shop No. 3, Summer Hill Chowk Durga Mata Mandir Line, Summerhill Shimla-5, alleging therein that on 27.11.2014 at about 7.30 PM he saw that servant of Nathu halwai rushed to him and told that fire incident took place in the godown of Sh. Nathu Halwai. The property approximately Rs. 4 lacs has been damaged in this incident. The case is being investigated by SI Babu Ram I/O PS West.

4. An Accident case FIR No.144/14 has been registered at PS East on 28.11.2014 U/S 279, 427 IPC on the statement of Mr. IIyaat Khaan S/O Khushi Mohammad,  No 158134934 HQ Artrak  Shimla alleging therein that today he was on Admin duty at the house of Col. Vishaal Sharma. At about 01-00 PM a car bearing No HP-03A- 2075 came rashly and hit the main gate & window of the house and damaged it. The case is being investigated by HC Manoj Kumar, I/O police Station East Shimla.

5. During last 24 hours 221 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total challan compound= 76  and fine realize Rs. 25,900/-
