Crime Report 16, November 2014

1.  Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty Case FIR No.153/14 has been registered at PS Dhalli on  16-11-14 U/S 353,332,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Const. Dheeraj No. 1151 PS Dhalli alleging therein that on 15-11-2014 he alongwith HHC Vikas were on patrolling duty at Dhalli Chowk and enquired one suspected person. At the same time three vehicle came from theog side, one of them was HP 09-2066 and another were Santro and swift. One person namely Jyoti  came down from vehicle and said them that why they were enquired the person and started quarrelling with them. At this two another person namely Rajeev Rajta and Dinesh also came down from vehicle and started beaten and threatened them with revolver. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Singh I.O PS Dhalli.

2.    A Gambling Act Case FIR No.128/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on  15-11-14 on the rukka of Insp/SHO Amar singh alleging therein that on 15-11-2014 at about 04-45 PM when he was alongwith staff were on patrolling duty and when they reached near Shalithach, at the same time 4 persons namely Kuldeep S/O Moti Lal R/O Kelwi, Hardev S/o Shankar Dass R/O Kelwi, Rajinder Singh S/O Late Mangli Ram R/O Khangtari and Lokinder Singh S/o Kedar Singh R/o Kupri were found playing gambling and recovered Rs/- 25,500. The case is being investigated by Insp/SHO Amar Singh PS Rohru.

3.    A Burglary case FIR No. 69/14 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 16-11-2014 U/S 457,380 IPC on the compliant of Prem Lal S/o Sh. Keshva Nand R/o Charka Tehsil Kotkhai alleging therein that he is tenant of Sh. Nank Chand at Jubbal road . On 15-11-2014 he went to his in-law's house alongwith family. On 16-11-2014 when he came back he found that some unknown persons had broken the lock of his quarter and stolen away case      Rs/- 54,000. The case is being investigated by HC Balbir Singh I/O PS Kotkhai.

4.    During last 24 hours 147 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act  Total challan were compound=  49and fine realize Rs. 24,900/-
