1. An Accident Case FIR No. 241/13 is registered at PS West on 29-11-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh.Ravi Garg S/o Late Sh.Surat Ram Garg R/o Dawarka Niwas near Goyal Motors, TaraDevi, alleging therein that he is working as driver in Hotel Combermare. On 28-11-13 his duty was on Truck bearing No. HP63B-8001, when he reached at Dogra Coal Company near 103 Tunnel, a Truck bearing No. HR68-7594 over take his vehicle and fell down near about 50/60 ft. from road. This accident took place due rashness and negligence of Ashwani Kumar. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath, I/O PS West.
2. An Accident Case FIR No. 90/13 is registered at PS Rohru on 29-11-13 U/S 279,304A IPC on the report SI/SHO Chander Sekhar, PS Rohru that during the intervening night of 28/29-110-13 a vehicle Pick-up No. HP63C-0965 met with an accident near Podhar and fell 300 mtrs down in the Dogda Khad . This accident took place due to rashness and negligence of Jagmohan Lutta S/o late Sh. Devender Singh R/o Vill. Mehandli, Teh. Rohru, Distt. Shimla. In this incident driver Jagmohan Lutta expired on the spot. The Case is being investigated by SHO PS Rohru.
3. A Burglary Case FIR No.242/13 is registered at PS West on 29-11-13 U/S 454,380 IPC, alleging therein that some unknown person stolen golden ornaments+ Currency notes 2000/2500/- Total cost of stolen property is about 85000/- .The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal I/C PP Dhami.
4. During last 24 hours 224 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 9 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs.23,000/-.
