1. A Burglary Case FIR No.55/13 is registered at PS Chopal on 20.11.13U/S U/S 457,380 IPC on the application of Smt. Vidya Sharma R/O Village Kiari P.O. Sarahan Tehsil Chopal, alleging therein that on the intervening night of 19.11.13 some unknown culprits has stolen a gas cylinder, golden and silver jewellery. The Case is being investigated by HC Gian Singh I/O PS Chopal.
2. A Rioting Case FIR No.57/13 is registered at PS Chopal on 21.11.13 U/S 147, 148, 149,323IPC on the report of Sh. Sohan Lal S/o Sh. Bhop Singh village Dhar Chandna Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 20.11.13at about 4:40 PM when the Complainant and Ranvir were present at Wood Depot Rawali Attar Singh Contractor alongwith father R/o Koti, and others named Shyam Singh R/o Koti, Sita Ram, Jagat, Anil attacked him in common intention with Danda and Darat. The Case is being investigated by ASI Subhash Chand I/C PP Kupvi.
3. An Accident Case FIR No 231/13 is registered at PS West on 20.11.13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Baldev Singh S/o Sh. Ran Singh R/o Vill. Neri P.O.Devthi Tehsil & Distt. Solan, alleging therein that on 20.11.13 he was going in Truck No HP-64-1207 from Shimla to Delhi, when he reached near Shoghi Police Picked at Shoghi a Motorcycle No HP-17B-2290 came rashly and wrongly and hit his truck. In this accident Motorcycle rider and a boy got injuries. The Case is being investigated by SI Madan Lal.
4. During last 24 hours 172 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act and 09 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 19000/-
