CRIME REPORT 18 NOVEMBER

1.        A Unlawful Assembly Case FIR. No 224/13 is registered at PS  Sadar Shimla on 17.11.13 U/S 143,147,341 IPC on the Rukka of HC Anil Kumar No 163 I/O P.S Sadar Shimla alleging therein that on 17.11.13 at 1.20 PM  a person namely Rajesh S/o Sh Om prakash R/o Nehra PO Sainj Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alongwith 5/6  persons Unlawfully assembled near Ghora Hospital Cart Shimla and restrained both side road/Traffic. The  Case is being investigated by  ASI  Nag Dev  I/O P.S Sadar Shimla .

2.            A Theft  Case  FIR No. 54/13 is registered at  PS  Chopal on18.11.13 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Kartar Singh Azta, S/o Late Sh. Sunder Singh Azta, R/o Village Pabas, P.O. Dewat, Tehsil & PS Chopal, District Shimla, alleging therein that his Car Maruti 800 white colour No. HP 08A-1189 has been stolen by some unknown culprits during the intervening night of 17/18-11-2013 form village Padas.  The  Case  is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh I/o PS Chopal, Distt. Shimla HP.

3.         A Burglary Case FIR No.159/13 is registered at PS Theog on18.11.13 U/S 457 , 380IPC  on the statement of Roshan Lal S/o  Late  Sh  Kali Ram  Vill. Mahorighati  P.O Chikhar  Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla, alleging therein that  on 18.11.13 morning at 07.45 AM  he was going  Mahaveer (Hanumaan) Temple to pray  and  found that  lock of  temple was broken and silver mukat 900gm was stolen . The case has been investigated by HC  Kamala Patti  I/O  PS Theog .

4.            During last 24 hours 118 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act , 01 challaned under Mining Act. and 11 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of  challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 7800/-
